Hotel Palais Mailberger Hof in Vienna

This was the worst hotel of our trip. It's an old building, completely shabby. The rooms are so tiny that they barely fit suitcases. They're dusty and dirty. The air conditioning is noisy, the building is old, and there's a tiny elevator attached that only fits two people, which is also used by the hotel staff.
There aren't a single hook in the bathrooms, no dental supplies, no room to turn around, and it's generally uncomfortable.
There's no telephone in the rooms and no connection to reception.
There's no water in the room; you're offered tap water, which they pour into pitchers and leave in your room. The service is terrible. We arrived a day late due to canceled flights to Vienna—it was force majeure, and the airport in the country was closed! But they didn't refund us or offer any compensation. And when we checked out, they even told us our payment hadn't gone through, then apologized, citing a system error.
