Clean, modern rooms, friendly/ helpful reception staff. Quite well placed, we walked everywhere in Vienna from here but it isn’t the most central. Nice area, felt safe, there was a spa but we didn’t use, breakfast was expensive so we ate locally. Would stay again

Definitely not four stars, extremely underwhelming room and bathroom. Building is historic and not modernized much. Did have a nice sauna, but not much for a fitness center. Parking is a bit of a pain. Staff were very friendly. Location is OK, but not necessarily convenient for sightseeing.

It’s a good location. Close to Unahn line 1.
Convenient to neighborhood restaurants, bakeries, grocery store. Had minimal contact with staff, but when needed they were polite and helpfull. Did not eat the breakfast at the hotel.

Not a real 4**** hotel, service must improve.
No more than 3 out of 5 stars to rate my experience: the building is fine, but in general I did not get a real 4**** hotel experience as far as the service is concerned: I had to complain to get the towels changed in the 2 rooms that paid for, while they had simply taken the ones left on the floor (wet, and with some clear stains) and folded them again, very unacceptable. And not a real smoke free hotel either: somebody from the staff was smoking while cleaning the terrace where the rooms open on the 4th floor on 26/08/2025 at 09:45, unacceptable.

The accommodation was very clean and comfortable (there was air conditioning!). If my next schedule overlaps, I plan to book and visit again! It was really great.

Clean hotel, comfy bed, well equipped room, good location, a short 15-20 mins walk into central Vienna. Friendly helpful staff, with a bar which was handy to meet in, if a bit quiet. Could have made a bit more effort with the Christmas decorations.
