Room is without aircond & fan..leaking at bathroom, floor is wet

super big room and toilet. had 3 beds in total - 1 king/ queen and 2 single?

All was good! Perhaps another chair and a refrigerator would be useful. The single bed wasn't very big, but the pillow, blanket, and mattress were good. I also used the service to store my luggage, because I had a late flight and I decided not to overpay for a late check-out. Staff was friendly and helpful with my questions.

Everything was wonderful. The views were breathtaking, and the hotel is located in a palace, giving it a truly luxurious and elegant feel. The breakfast is expensive and my children didn’t like it.

It was the cleanest hotel i’ve ever been, the staff are so cool and helpful the rooms are beautiful, the location is up hill in a beautiful place but it’s 45min bus ride away from the city. But the bus comes to the hotel interance. It was totally worth it.

Amazing location, just a few minutes with the bus right outside the door to the U3 that goes directly to the Stephansplatz.

Wonderful old hotel which has been maintained to a very high standard. Staff superb- friendly, helpful and attentive. The manager is a great ambassador for the hotel - a really nice person. Really bad check in experience. We informed the hotel that we will check in at night. They arranged a self check in for us, but there is a gate at the building and there is no way to get in without the keycard.

The room was very nice and clean. It was spacious and had a kettle and coffee maker; a refrigerator would have been perfect. The location is great, on a pedestrian street full of shops, supermarkets, cafes, etc. You can walk to all the places of interest, and the metro is right outside.

Hotel Lucia is in District 15, not a usual location for Vienna hotels but its a 3 minute walk from Johnstrasse U Bahn 3 Station, (giving a direct airport link via Landstrasse), and Tram/Bus links. we were 4 persons on December 2025 for 3 nights. The location is good. the people at the reception are very nice, smiling and helping with patience. the rooms big and clean. the breakfast is good.

Zola is perfectly situated, merely minutes walk from the U-Bahn. Upon arrival the staff were friendly and professional and took the time to thoroughly explain the hotel and functions of the room. The hotel has a great location, with tram and subway stations nearby. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. The air conditioner was broken, but it didn't affect anything. The bathroom was also large and clean.

The hotel is an 8-10 minute walk from the MRT station, and there are also trams nearby, which is very convenient. The neighborhood is also very quiet. There's a Pizzaaire downstairs, and guests get a 15% discount on pizza (you must order pizza to get the discount!). The rooms are large and clean, and they replenish capsule coffee daily. Highly recommended!

Great location if going for the Xmas market area. Superior Hotel room was spacious and the balcony to the garden area was a nice bonus. Great breakfast buffet option available with a variety of options. Staff was friendly and available 24 hrs. The young gentleman at the front reception was especially helpful! For the price, you would expect more updated rooms but still a decent option.

The location isn't central, but there are stations nearby and you can be in the city center in 25 minutes. The hotel is quite nice, warm, and comfortable.

Good value but some annoying things (no wifi in the rooms, extremely warm room and corridor, painful door locking system).

The reception boy can speak many different languages, including German, English, Chinese, Japanese. That's really impressive.

Old place, at first glance looked very charming but after a while just seemed old and worn down, but fortunately still clean and everything is in order. Free wifi is only downstairs at the lobby, and there is no wifi at all in the rooms. Breakfast was good, two hot choices and many cold cuts, cheese and drinks.

Needs refurbishing, beds aren't comfortable (too soft) and squeeking. Parquets squeek, as well. Receptionist is the best in the world. Parking is a bit of a hassle with having to ask the receptionist to open is.

The best thing about the hotel is its location in the 1st district. Turn left, then left again and you’re in the pedestrian area outside St. Stephen’s Cathedral. I like this hotel. Although it is a bit far from the city, the breakfast is not that rich, and there is no drinking water. The room and stay experience are very good. It is still very good and recommended!

This hotel is large and has complete facilities. There are a lot of sports equipment to play, suitable for sports enthusiasts, and the toilets and bathrooms are separated for easy use.

Passing by Vienna, I randomly booked a hotel, mainly for the fitness equipment and swimming pool. Late check in was exceptional and so was the room. However, note the 6th floor includes a flight of stairs for your luggage as the lift stops at level 5. The other issue is the cleaner letting herself in without knocking. Three times on the last day commencing 8am despite a 11am check out.

The hotel's location is fantastic, right in the city center, but the entrance is terrible. The only entrance is occupied by a kitchen belonging to an outdoor café! This causes clothes to be ruined by the smell of food upon entering and exiting, and the kitchen odor permeates all parts of the hotel.

They couldn't get our chrome cast to work and it was Christmas Day so they sent us wine and choccies. Best location in Vienna absolutely cannot wait to stay again

The hotel breakfast and staff were pretty great. The entrance to the hotel is easy to miss. I'm really not a big breakfast fan, but they offered anything from custom omelettes, cheese/meat platters, bread baskets and so much more. The check in is on the 5th floor which is a little weird. I'd book this hotel again.

What a gem! We had an excellent stay here for four nights. The location is very central; we were able to walk to most places. This was an exceptional hotel. The place was spotless and the service was great. Probably the cleanest hotel room I have ever been in….. they even vacuumed under the bed… which is usually a good tell how clean a room really is. All recommendations! The apartment is very spacious, warm, perfectly clean and well maintained, and the staff are excellent as well. The metro is a 3-minute walk away with great connections to all major attractions. Parking is available within the hotel courtyard.

Not bad overall - room spacious but dark as the view was out to some dirty air conditioning units in the middle of the building, with other windows meaning you had to keep curtains closed. Staff ok, food was very good however. Location pretty good, 5 mins walk from a main metro station. Would definitely say it's more equivalent to a 3 star then 4...
