The hotel is 2 metro stations away from Vienna Main Station. It is also walkable within 15min. There is a shopping street nearby which I like it as I can find food and needed stuff. My room is big enough for solo traveller, not too cramp. There is a big table for me to do my work which is good. Clean and quiet room. Basic amenities supplied but no hair conditioner or body lotion. The cleaning team came into my room before I had checked out - the hotel should notify the cleaning team once guests have checked out before coming to clean the room.

Such a small room is in the attic, there is no window to open, even a crack, it is stuffy, but it costs 2,000 yuan a night, which is unbelievable. In China, such a room is only within 500 yuan even in the city center. In addition, the hotel is on a slope, and it is inconvenient to walk up some stairs with luggage.

We had a 6 bed room for our family, 4 of the beds had lovely comfy mattresses, but two were exceedingly lumpy and springs sticking up, so clearly needed replacing. Unfortunately, in reality, it's not quite as big as the pictures lead you to believe. But clean and so centrally located that it is hard to believe. The staff was nice and the beds were super comfortable. The bathroom was very very spacious. We needed a hotel last minute on a saturday night and were worried about where we would end up but we loved our stay. Also loved the decoration especially in the stairs and the photographs in the room. One bad thing is there were a lot of stains on the wall.

After reading a number of negative reviews I have been expecting worse. In reality I got a good value for money! It has been exactly what I would expect for the hotel 50-60 euro/night end even more. There was some chaos on the side of the hotel with my booking—they messed up the dates but I could eventually check in as intended sure to a cancellation. The room was OK but the water in the shower hat a pretty weak flow and the transition from cold to hot was quite sharp making it hard to set the right temperature.

The location is great! The room and the furniture pretty old. The cleanliness wasn't very well. The breakfast solid, but they only serve pork. Which I don't mind, I eat it. But my friend doesn't so she couldn't have any meat. The stuff could be nicer. I don't have any complaints in particular, it's just an observation from someone who works in tourism for 12 years now.

The room is nice but the carpet in the room and hallway is very old, it smells and looks bad, it definitely requires a carpet renewal to improve the service and everything else. Good but with those old features it is not possible.

It’s really close to underground metro and the staff is amazing. They made our room ready at 10 even though we were supposed to be at 14.
