There is a reason why this one is ranked behind the Empire and Ritz among the three Marriott hotels. Different rooms, different staff services, very different. There was a problem, Ctrip customer service helped to solve it, so the experience was still good. The breakfast is simple for hotels of the same level, not many people eat it.

Located near the metro and Wien University campus. Not in downtown area, so expect to use the metro a lot. Service is decent and prompt. Got a false fire alarm on my last night. Overall a decent hotel to stay if you are on a conference or need to stay near the campus.

Very, very nice hotel, although the price is very expensive. The front desk staff is very nice. The hotel environment is a renovation of a duke's mansion. You can see that the public area is very luxurious. The breakfast is also very delicious. You can see the church outside on the 5th floor. Rooms assigned to Chinese guests are generally not great. I specifically asked not to be put in a corner room at the end of the hall, but that's exactly what I got. Check-in was entirely self-service. The cafe next to the hotel's elevator lobby is nice and only a three-minute walk away. The Belvedere Palace is very close, about a five-minute walk. Schönbrunn Palace is around a 20-minute taxi ride.

We were only at the hotel for less than 12 hours. Location is great for seeing old town Vienna. Importantly, the hotel provided a taxi booking for a 4 AM departure to the airport. The staff were very helpful. This is a classic old-style hotel with character. We enjoyed the short time we had there.

My child had an allergic reaction to the cookies provided in the room, so we went to the hospital. The ingredients of the cookies were not marked, I suggest the hotel improve this.

The hotel reception staff were very welcoming and patient with us, explaining things slowly since we're foreigners. The breakfast was excellent, truly a rare delicious meal we had in Vienna. We really didn't enjoy the local Western food outside.

The hotel clean up the room on request. I asked for the daily make up for the room, but it was not made on the second day. Did they want to minimize their effort and expense for cleaning? If they do not provide daily make up, they should provide discount. In principle, daily cleaning is thought to be included in the payment.
