Everything is great, the room is very big, tidy and clean. Just the reception is not 24 hours open but that’s not a big problem at all - the service are great and polite.

The in-room Wi-Fi was a bit weak, which was inconvenient. However, the nearby Billa supermarket was very convenient and I used it often during my stay. The location is excellent, with direct train access to both Schönbrunn and Karlsplatz, making it perfect for sightseeing. Lunch on the rooftop terrace was delightful. Overall, aside from the Wi-Fi, I was very satisfied with my stay.

The staff is extremely nice and helpful! The rooms are nice in my opinion. Clean sheets, comfortable heating, TV, mini fridge. Not to mention the coffee machine downstairs that makes amazing hot chocolates! It's a cozy hotel to come and rest in. Would totally recommend for anyone keen on exploring Vienna. Danke!
I wos for two days in this hotel and it wos clean and comfortable. Only complaint is you can hear the noise from near rooms. And even this is not big problem. Overall very good experience
From the outside, the hotel did not look like much. However, the room was very nice and comfortable - and clean! Though I must admit, I have never seen such a small toilet. However, since it was separate from the bathroom, it was no problem - in fact it was rather nice that one could use the toilet when the other was using the bathroom.
What really makes this place stand out though is the staff....
Generally fine, 5 min from metro, easy connection to the centre.
Breakfast, good bed linen, towels, etc. iron and Hairdryer can be requested at the reception. The rooms are small but enough to sleep. The price is correlated with the deshovymi hotels in Ukraine, about 300 UAH per person, but with the Breakfast and the conditions much better.

All was good! Perhaps another chair and a refrigerator would be useful. The single bed wasn't very big, but the pillow, blanket, and mattress were good. I also used the service to store my luggage, because I had a late flight and I decided not to overpay for a late check-out. Staff was friendly and helpful with my questions.

Overall, the situation is pretty good and acceptable. It's in the city center, and transportation is very convenient. Downstairs, there are convenience stores and supermarkets, all well-stocked. The room in Hainan was also quite good, spacious and comfortable. It offers good value for money.
