Since the moment we arrived, we have been extremely satisfied. We did not experience anything negative at all. The room was very comfortable and everything had been thoughtfully arranged. Great vegetarian breakfast with options for freshly made omelets, fried eggs, scrambled eggs, and pancakes. The tea selection at breakfast is of high quality. The sauna area is inviting and, most importantly, equipped with a good stove. Clean kettle in the rooms.

My 3-night stay ended up being cut short to 2 nights due to a flight cancellation. Everything else was very pleasant. The only issue was that because I had pre-paid for the hotel reservation, I lost the cost of one night's accommodation. I asked for assistance but it wasn't possible. The Rennweg station, just 100m away, offers a direct connection to the airport, and the 71 tram takes you straight to Hofburg Palace in the city center. It’s a good location. Close to Unahn line 1. Convenient to neighborhood restaurants, bakeries, grocery store. Had minimal contact with staff, but when needed they were polite and helpfull. Did not eat the breakfast at the hotel.

Clean tidy and cozy atmosphere and the hotel staff is well-intentioned and very kind. There is a Metro station very close to otel by using this metro, you can go anywhere and you can come from the airport by only using one metro. The location is almost perfect. Pros: Excellent service; spacious and clean rooms; great surrounding environment; my stay coincided with my birthday, and the front desk thoughtfully provided a dessert and sparkling water. Cons: None at the moment.

This hotel is a good value for money, located near Belvedere Palace. Transportation isn't particularly convenient, but the subway station is about a ten-minute walk away. The rooms have high ceilings. Free drinking water and snacks are available in the lobby.

The hotel is generally not too bad, the only downside being the spa. During our stay, there were no massages available by the pool, and the water was cold. As for the sauna, when my companion and I intended to relax for a few minutes, to our great surprise, and especially to my wife's astonishment, a man named ************** appeared, which deeply shocked us. An excellent smaller hotel with a lot of character. The period decor and ornate staircase really add to the atmosphere. Rooms are modern and clean, bathrooms have their own toiletries. A great buffet breakfast is served, offering both cooked and child items. The proximity to the U-bahn makes getting anywhere in Vienna straightforward. However, this area itself is great for shopping.

The hotel is relatively close to the Golden Hall and within walking distance. Fruit and water are provided upon check-in. Fortunately, there was no queue when we arrived. Checking in takes some time. The overall feeling is very clean and the decoration is retro.

Nice hotel that’s very well appointed and comfortable. Great value for a single room for 100  Euros. Location is a bit out of the way, though still very walkable to the old town where most tourist sites are located. Nice thing is it’s out of the realm of tourist feeling area. Elegant hotel with perfect service. The staff is really welcoming and attentive. The highlight of the stay was Edvard restaurant with Michelin Star dinner. The in-room Wi-Fi was a bit weak, which was inconvenient. However, the nearby Billa supermarket was very convenient and I used it often during my stay. The location is excellent, with direct train access to both Schönbrunn and Karlsplatz, making it perfect for sightseeing. Lunch on the rooftop terrace was delightful.
