Very good hotel for honey moon

Room is clean, also bathroom. Everything works and usable. One thing is problem, there is no laundry in the hotel. But in 50 meter is laundry service but very expensive. Also last days i asked for slippers hotel personal and thay said no more in the stock. Location is great to explore city.

I booked a junior suite after seeing the photos. However, I wasn't assigned the room shown in the photos. They said everyone wanted that room and couldn't give me one. I recommend booking a cheaper room. The hotel location is great.

The shower and sink were in separate areas, and stepping out of the shower led directly into the room without a changing area, which felt a bit unusual and confusing. However, the service and location were good.

Warm and comfortable, good location, a little far from the airport, not very close to the subway, inconvenient to carry luggage. My child had an allergic reaction to the cookies provided in the room, so we went to the hospital. The ingredients of the cookies were not marked, I suggest the hotel improve this.

Great location, super close to the subway. You can get to most attractions in about 15 minutes. The only minor drawback is that there aren't many breakfast options, so you usually have to wait a bit. Could Trip.com please change that first irrelevant picture?

Excellent stay! The environment was great, and the location was super convenient. The breakfast was good, with a decent à la carte option, and the staff were very enthusiastic. You can find everything you need nearby, and it's only two metro stops from the city center. Highly recommend!

Since the moment we arrived, we have been extremely satisfied. We did not experience anything negative at all. The room was very comfortable and everything had been thoughtfully arranged. Great vegetarian breakfast with options for freshly made omelets, fried eggs, scrambled eggs, and pancakes. The tea selection at breakfast is of high quality. The sauna area is inviting and, most importantly, equipped with a good stove. Clean kettle in the rooms.

My 3-night stay ended up being cut short to 2 nights due to a flight cancellation. Everything else was very pleasant. The only issue was that because I had pre-paid for the hotel reservation, I lost the cost of one night's accommodation. I asked for assistance but it wasn't possible. Everything could have been much better if this hadn't happened.

The staff were all very friendly, and the room was clean and tidy. However, the soundproofing wasn't great, so it was quite noisy in the mornings, which affected my sleep. The Rennweg station, just 100m away, offers a direct connection to the airport, and the 71 tram takes you straight to Hofburg Palace in the city center. The Fiipina at the reception was excellent, and super friendly and helpful. However, we didn't ike that you had to no water heater and no mini fridge. It makes it such a hassle for us to make our own coffee in the room or prepare food for our child.

DO NOT SKIP THIS HOTEL. Phenomenal service, spacious rooms with a great design, and an unbeatable location. We asked the middle-aged gentleman working the desk late at night for some tea free, and were offered it free of charge at around 2 AM as we came in from the cold. They will go above and beyond to make you feel welcome, all at an unbeatable price.

All the staff is neither friendly nor welcoming. The rooms are not cleaned, the bathroom shelves were full of dust, a pity (see. photo). The two of us had to spend 4 days with only a small shampoo and a small tube of shower gel, as well as a single roll of toilet paper. The Kleenex box empties the entire stay, regrettable for 4 stars. The location is perfect, both very close to the main touristic zones by walk and also in a peaceful zone without the rush. Service was fast and welcoming, rooms were clean. The Shower was broke? went down to the front desk two days in a row. Had reservations and needed to shower before going out. Had some one come on the second day that I reported it and he couldn't fix it. The offered me another room which I really had no time to pack my luggage and move to another room and was leaving the next day. they gave me a key to another room to shower.

This hotel is a good value for money, located near Belvedere Palace. Transportation isn't particularly convenient, but the subway station is about a ten-minute walk away. The rooms have high ceilings. Free drinking water and snacks are available in the lobby.

The staff was super friendly, but unfortunately they put us on the 6th floor. The hallway said, they have some issue up there. The roof after to is a like shortly on the sides because of the design. I would not recommend the 6th floor. The shower floods the floor, you have to block with towels.

This was a great hotel in the middle of literally everything. The rooms were more spacious than I had originally thought, with amenities like a coffee maker and kettle. Like many hotels in Europe though, you can't control the AC/heating.
