It was great 3 years ago, but now it's getting worse. I'll skip next time :(

It's generally fine, the tram stop is very close to the building and the Schonbrunn castle is within walking distance. The rooms could be a bit larger and the staff a bit friendlier, though.

Rooms kind of small, but very good value for the price. Close to Schönbrunn Palace. Ample breakfast included in price. Parking available in basement but costs extra. Room facing courtyard and not street so quiet at night but heard nearby construction during day.

Hm.... where do I start...well the WiFi barely worked in our room (this is HIGHLY IMPORTANT! ESPECIALLY FOR FOREIGN TRAVELERS). I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly can’t recommend it enough. The location is excellent—very walkable to many major sights and about a 30-minute walk to the Museum Quarter. The room is reasonably clean, but let down by old, low-grade furnishings. It is also clearly a partitioned space, as it lacks a proper door frame. A major downside is the lack of air-con, which caused the room to become unpleasantly stuffy, if you do not turn on the fan. (yes, a 4-stars hotel with a fan) Excellent location, walking distance of numerous key attractions.

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore everything on foot. The staff are extremely kind and always ready to help with a smile. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choice and great quality. Highly recommended for both short and longer stays!

We had the most perfect stay at this hotel. The room was clean and beautiful with truly one of the most comfortable beds I have ever stayed in! Amazing hotel, in the heart of Vienna. Beautiful rooms and delicious breakfast. Gym and spa with a really hot sauna was en fantastic experience. We will definitely come back for a longer stay.

This was the worst hotel of our trip. It's an old building, completely shabby. The rooms are so tiny that they barely fit suitcases. They're dusty and dirty. The air conditioning is noisy, the building is old, and there's a tiny elevator attached that only fits two people, which is also used by the hotel staff. There aren't a single hook in the bathrooms, no dental supplies, no room to turn around...

The hotel location is amazing in the center and what make the experince better is hotel staff.

The hotel is generally not too bad, the only downside being the spa. During our stay, there were no massages available by the pool, and the water was cold. As for the sauna, when my companion and I intended to relax for a few minutes, to our great surprise, and especially to my wife's astonishment, a man named ************** appeared, which deeply shocked us. We then decided to leave.

A very good hotel, exceptional service, good and fast cleaning. Value for money, where quality exceeds price. Not every hotel two to four times the price offers so much attention and complimentary treats.

The quality of the hotel service, the food, the location (it's not right in the heart of the downtown area, but it's very convenient), the hospitality of the hotel staff, etc. all received perfect marks. The price is quite high, but it's a great hotel that exceeds the price.

This is the most comfortable hotel in Europe with the best service attitude and the friendliest service staff! Good location, super delicious breakfast, unlimited coffee and tea in the room, and room service. The hotel is very design-oriented, five stars out of five, highly recommended to every guest in Vienna. Because of a small accident, I am even more grateful for the care of the hotel.

Location is next to train station which is convenient for family traveling by train from airport/train terminal.

The location is fantastic. 5 minutes to the opera and the Heidi Horton Museum. 10 minutes' walk to the museum district. A couple of minutes to the metro. Room: high ceilings, very spacious. A standard, well-maintained room: nothing fancy, but comfortable. Unlimited water in the lobby. Breakfast was modest, but there was something to eat.

We often stay at this hotel when visiting the Vienna State Opera. It's conveniently located, clean, quiet, and offers excellent breakfast. I highly recommend it.

The location is very close to the Golden Hall. The room was old, and I forgot to check out at 11 am. When I returned around 1 pm, I was asked to pay 60 euros. The attitude was very cold and there was no room for negotiation. Other hotels didn't have this problem. And there was no prior notice. The next hotel I stayed at didn't have this issue at all.

Clean and quiet room. Basic amenities supplied but no hair conditioner or body lotion. The cleaning team came into my room before I had checked out - the hotel should notify the cleaning team once guests have checked out before coming to clean the room.

Such a small room is in the attic, there is no window to open, even a crack, it is stuffy, but it costs 2,000 yuan a night, which is unbelievable. In China, such a room is only within 500 yuan even in the city center. In addition, the hotel is on a slope, and it is inconvenient to walk up some stairs with luggage.

There have been several instances where employees opened doors without knocking. Be careful.

Beautiful interior and incredibly accomodating staff. The location was perfect! The A/C was a lifesaver in the summer heat. And finally the free breakfast was SO good. We'd definitely recommend this to others.

Ive been here for the last 6 months. From the beginning we had a very good time and were greeted with a lovely service. Location was on point and the apartments were on top level quality. Central location. Just 3 minutes walk to Stephen’s Cathedral. Room was specious. Staff were attentive. Only drawback was the foul smell in the bathroom most likely plumbing related.

There was some chaos on the side of the hotel with my booking—they messed up the dates but I could eventually check in as intended sure to a cancellation. The room was OK but the water in the shower hat a pretty weak flow and the transition from cold to hot was quite sharp making it hard to set the right temperature.

The location is great! The room and the furniture pretty old. The cleanliness wasn't very well. The breakfast solid, but they only serve pork. Which I don't mind, I eat it. But my friend doesn't so she couldn't have any meat. The stuff could be nicer. I don't have any complaints in particular, it's just an observation from someone who works in tourism for 12 years now.

The room is nice but the carpet in the room and hallway is very old, it smells and looks bad, it definitely requires a carpet renewal to improve the service and everything else. Good but with those old features it is not possible.

The room was clean and I was able to relax. I was especially happy that it had a bathtub, which allowed me to warm up and relax after a long day of sightseeing. While many hotels only have showers, being able to soak in a bathtub is a major plus. The front desk staff were also very friendly and polite, which gave me a sense of security. It was a wonderful hotel that I would like to use again.

It took over 30 minutes by Tram D from Central Station. There was a subway station nearby, but it was closed due to construction. There was a supermarket about a 2-minute walk away, which was very convenient. Wi-Fi in the hotel rooms is available for a fee. Breakfast was delicious.
