Zola is perfectly situated, merely minutes walk from the U-Bahn. Upon arrival the staff were friendly and professional and took the time to thoroughly explain the hotel and functions of the room. The hotel has a great location, with tram and subway stations nearby. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. The air conditioner was broken, but it didn't affect anything. The bathroom was also large and clean.

The hotel is an 8-10 minute walk from the MRT station, and there are also trams nearby, which is very convenient. The neighborhood is also very quiet. There's a Pizzaaire downstairs, and guests get a 15% discount on pizza (you must order pizza to get the discount!). The rooms are large and clean, and they replenish capsule coffee daily. Highly recommended!

The room was spotless, the breakfast was brilliant and all the staff were pleasant and helpful. The location was brilliant. 5 mins from the underground, 10 mins from the main Christmas market and about 20 mins to walk into the central shopping area. The location isn't central, but there are stations nearby and you can be in the city center in 25 minutes. The hotel is quite nice, warm, and comfortable.

Right by the Franz Josef’s Bhanhof so very. I’ve, central location. The room was clean and the staff helpful and friendly.

The room was clean and I was able to relax. I was especially happy that it had a bathtub, which allowed me to warm up and relax after a long day of sightseeing. While many hotels only have showers, being able to soak in a bathtub is a major plus. The front desk staff were also very friendly and polite, which gave me a sense of security. It was a wonderful hotel that I would like to use again.

It took over 30 minutes by Tram D from Central Station. There was a subway station nearby, but it was closed due to construction. There was a supermarket about a 2-minute walk away, which was very convenient. Wi-Fi in the hotel rooms is available for a fee. Breakfast was delicious. The staff were friendly and I had a pleasant stay.

This was an exceptional hotel. The place was spotless and the service was great. Probably the cleanest hotel room I have ever been in….. they even vacuumed under the bed… which is usually a good tell how clean a room really is. I spent in Fabrik hotel 5 nights (December 2012). This is very clean, quiet and nice looking hotel and it's very close to metro station. It was good choice to pick this hotel, and my next stay in Vienna will be in Fabrik!

My stay was unfortunately not very comfortable. The water pressure was quite low, the soap dispenser was empty, and the internet was unreliable. The heating was turned off during the night, which made the room cold. The breakfast quality could be improved, and the staff were not very welcoming.

You basically get a whole apartment equipped for yourself. The rooms are generally very clean, but the cleaners don't clean anything except the trash bin. The location is a bit far from center but if you use the trains then it's fine. I definitely enjoyed. Didn't figure how to use the TV, it doesn't have any working internet or channels.

For such a low price this hotel is even better than you can dream! Big bathroom, many towels, wi-fi, excellent restaurant nearby etc. There is SPAR supermarket in few minutes. Tram and subway line stations are also close enough. I strongly recommended this hotel for tourists. Copies of Gustav Klimt paintings everywhere are also very nice.

The Hotel was ok. The rooms are clean and everything worked fine with our reservations. We stayed three nights an didn’t sleep very well because it was noisy all night. Either the phone was ringing non-stop or other hotel guests were talking loudly. You can hear everything! Also breakfast is very basic. It was ok for those nights, but I would not necessarily come back.
