Clean, and close to the Vienna hbf (walk in 2 mins) Thanks for letting us early checkin! The only flaw is lack of mini refrigerator (considering hot air conditioner in the winter and I'm worried about our chocolate gift might get melt)

I had a very pleasant stay at Novotel Wien Hauptbahnhof. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is excellent—just a 1-minute walk from Vienna Central Train Station, which made getting around extremely convenient. The hotel itself is nice and clean, and the staff were very helpful, friendly, and welcoming throughout my stay. Overall, a great choice for both comfort and accessibility

Right next to the main train station, making it super convenient for getting around. The hotel looks big and new, and it's very clean. There's also a large supermarket and plenty of restaurants nearby. Overall, a good stay.

It’s very new hotel , everything is clean and new. Great location : Vienna main train station is right downstairs and 5 mins walk to Flixbus stop, 15mins walk to Belvedere palace. Cable bus D takes 6 stops to Karntner street. Highly recommended and if will be the place to stay if I need to visit Vienna again.

The hotel is far from the city center, but it has good metro connections, so it’s not really a problem—especially if you’ve bought the Vienna City Card. Gartenhotel Altmannsdorf is Vienna’s best kept secret! Large, spotless rooms, with modern furnishings and inclusions. The underground station (U6 Am Schöpfwerk) is less than a 10 min walk. Excellent breakfast with stunning views of the deer park, which is part of the old Altmannsdorf castle. Friendly and obliging staff. Highly recommended.

We loved it! One of the rare times a hotel was everything it advertised: pretty, in a scenic garden with deer and squirrels, clean rooms and delicious breakfast. The staff was friendly and downtown was only 30 minutes away since it was a short walk from the train/metro station. We definitely would come back!

A nice hotel somewhat distant from the city centre, but that's not an issue as there's a subway stop only a couple minutes' walk away. The neighborhood is very quiet and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Our visit was during the winter, so the garden wasn't much to look at, but I'm sure in the summer it's quite a sight.

The hotel is conveniently located near the station, and the cleanliness was impeccable, making for a very comfortable stay. However, some might find its slightly further distance from Vienna Central Station a bit inconvenient.

The location is decent. I stayed for 3 nights, but was disappointed that the towels weren't replaced on the second night. However, the room was very compact and easy to use.

Loved our stay here! The room was spacious and clean, the only downside was its distance from the nearest subway as we had to walk about 10 minutes in the cold to get there. But because the hotel itself was wonderful I recommend this place.

Spark by Hilton Vienna Messe has a very convenient location; being within walking distance of the Messe Prater metro station makes getting around the city extremely easy. The air conditioner isn't working, and you have to pay for a bottle of water.

It's been a few years since I last stayed here, and it was a bit disappointing that the amenities and other services had become more basic. The breakfast was still delicious.

I stayed here to watch an opera at the State Opera House. It has a calm atmosphere and is safe even late at night. It was equipped with a refrigerator, air conditioning, bathtub, hair dryer, espresso machine, bathrobes, and other amenities. I asked for an electric kettle for tea and it was brought right away. All the staff were kind.

The room was very satisfactory, and it felt like living in a palace. The breakfast was very rich. The location was convenient, close to the bus and subway, and next to the State Opera and the Vienna Golden Hall, which were within walking distance.

Stayed for 2 nights, the room was clean, daily clean up was fine. Breakfast was not buffet, but you could order whatever you want except two on menu. The services for the first two days were good, the third day was poor in restaurant, like forcing you out. Location is good for reaching any spots.

Old looking Ritz Carltons. The Interiors look like they haven’t been refurbished or renovated from the furniture, flooring. Service was not great from a 5 star, I am pretty sure that’s just how Austrians are, not as catering as other places. Amazing hotel, one of the best in Vienna

I stayed for 3 days, and the service mostly met my expectations. They helped with luggage, and the turndown service and daily room cleaning were all provided as they should be. The rooftop bar also offers a nice view. There's a gym and a pool downstairs too. Breakfast really depends on the main course you order; after a few days, I found the English breakfast and Eggs Benedict to be quite good....

The room, while not large, is in an old, historic building, but it's very comfortable and clean. The service was excellent; despite a minor hiccup, everything was handled perfectly afterward. Every evening, someone would come to the room to leave water and chocolates – they left a generous amount of water. This was the most satisfying hotel of our entire trip.

The hotel is in a great location accessible by tram. As a Gold Elite member, I also received a complimentary upgrade from the base room to a junior suite as well as other welcome gifts. Breakfast was served à la carte, and the amenities were great. One small critique is that reception and guest services were often too busy to answer calls, requiring us to go down to the lobby for assistance. But...

I loved this hotel 🏨 First , the location is 25-30 minutes away from airport. Second , 3-5 minutes away from the palace and stop where you can catch Hop- On Hop -Off bus . Room was clean but the location is further from the city area nearer to the schonbrunn palace. Took a long time to check in even though it was at night. Some of the amenities were not available, body soap was empty and conditioner was not provided.

The location is ideal. The staff are friendly. Free minibar with lots of drinks to enjoy. Free water and wine for enjoyment from 1-10pm daily is a pleasant surprise in the lounge. The room is spacious and lovely.

The location is great, just 1-2 minutes from the alley in front of St. Stephen's Cathedral. Everything is clean, and I especially like the Korean-style bidet. The dinner at the restaurant was also great.

In these days where even a five stars classification is not a guarantee of quality, this hotel was a pleasant surprise, providing a true hospitality experience. The position is unrivalled, being only minutes of walking distance away to Stephansdom, Hofburg and other important points of interest. Very very small room with many design flaws. I love 25hours hotel brand, so whenever I see the brand, I would choose this hotel brand over others. Lovely, quirky hotel in an excellent location. It's an easy walk into central Vienna, and sites like the Parliament, Rathaus and Leopold Museum are practically on the doorstep. Great location, fancy design (but not too much), spacious rooms, attentive service. Breakfast looked nice too, yet we decided to eat outside instead just to explore local cafe spots. Didn’t have a chance to visit the sauna, it’s very good though you can visit it till 10pm, so you can relax in the hotel evening after a long walk in the city. Totally recommend.

My friend who is with me thought : We booked a twin room. On the night of our check-in, my friend discovered that there was no hot water, and she had to take a cold shower, which made her feel unwell. I reported this to the reception, and the staff responded that all of Vienna was undergoing maintenance, so there was nothing they could do. The location was excellent, making travel very easy, which was a major plus. The room was clean, and it made for a comfortable hotel stay.

When we checked in on Sat, the 2nd floor room allocated to us had a missing toilet door knob and a choked drainage pipe. Water from the shower could not drain and overflowed onto the bathroom area. One of the bed mattress was so soft and caved in that I had a bad backache after sleeping for one night. My son’s bed frame cracked on Sat night itself. We reported and on Sunday, only the mattress was replaced...

Location is great, 5 minutes off Westbahnhof. However, the room was not up to standard. It had disastrous ventilation. Windows and doors were not sound proof, we kept hearing people shouting on the street or talking in the corridor. Great location, very convenient for getting around. Many of Vienna's main attractions, including the Musikverein, Belvedere Palace, and Vienna State Opera, are all within walking distance. The hotel itself has a lovely ambiance, and the breakfast is excellent.

During our stay, my husband accidentally left his gold chain in our room. A diligent member of the housekeeping team found it and the chain was safely returned to us without any issues. We highly recommend this hotel not just for its comfort, but for its outstanding, trustworthy staff.

The room was fantastic! Very clean and spacious! It's a typical old Viennese-style hotel, which I really liked! There's a kettle and the bathroom is very clean. Even for a terrace room, it was perfectly big enough for two people!

Elegant hotel with perfect service. The staff is really welcoming and attentive. The highlight of the stay was Edvard restaurant with Michelin Star dinner.
