Location: in the centre of bad Gastein, 96 km from the airport Salzburg, 500 m from the lift Stubnerkogelbahn. The ski bus stop is 100 m from the hotel.

Consists of five 6-storey buildings.

Staff was nice, location was good but rooms were bit outdated and there wasnt even slippers for the spa in our rooms. Spa area was okay.

We stayed 7 nights and it was first in this hotel in Bad Gastein. Very professional and helpful staff in reception with good advices on sightseeing, dining and travelling. We were pleased with kitchen facilities, that we used mainly for breakfast and for finishing a day with a glass of wine. The spa was excellent, after 15-20 km hike it was such a pleasure to relax in saunas. The hotel had a transfer that we used upon leaving which was convenient with heavy luggage. The only disappointment was a dinner in hotel’s restaurant, for 36€ very modest food choice, not included water or coffee. There is a number of good places to eat, we ate in the hotel just last evening because of curiosity. We will be back, no doubles. Thanks for great memories, good care, comfort and pleasure

We had a lovely stay and would love to return sometime in the future. Our children loved the pool area, the food was great, and we had a great room. I only wish we were able to stay longer.

It was a great stay! We chose the half board which was good, as we were tired to go out for a dinner. The view from the balcony was amazing and we enjoyed a short walk to the water fall a lot.

Family ski holiday in Bad Gastein
Great stay. Nice room and nice breakfast and dinner. Staff service was great. Shuttle bus to ski lift for 3EUR/person. Ski lift is not far away, but a steep uphill with boots and skis. We used the shuttle going to the lifts and walked home. We had half board option which was great. Drinks were not included for dinner, which I am OK with, but even tap water was 3 EUR, which I think should be included at a four star half board option.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, perfect for a relaxing stay. The hotel's location is also a big plus—convenient and in a great area to explore. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is in a wonderful location, a short (uphill) walk into town.
Our apartment was spacious with plenty of wardrobe space and a really great little kitchen too.
Breakfast was very good, lots of choice, but dinner impressed us the most. Every night there were many excellent options and we never left hungry! I recommend half board if you want the ease of not having to go out for dinner.
The wellness area was well kept and had great sauna/steamroom options.
Overall a 5-star stay in a 4-star hotel!
