Best hotel room we've stayed in for a long time.

Treat yourself and stay here ! Superb hotel. Very friendly staff, spacious room with large desk and good lighting which is essential when trying to work. Interesting and engaging art throughout. Great gym and delicious breakfast. Quick walk into town centre. Large private car park. Recommended a super, traditional place to eat. Highly recommend the hotel and area.

We just lucked out and were given a beautiful apartment, so I am obviously prejudiced! The facilities were immaculate as was the decor. Front end and wait staff were exceptionally friendly and professional. We whole-heartedly recommend the Augarten to enhance your Graz experience.

This was a modern hotel and very clean. They had a great pool / sauna area. Unfortunately, the beds were too firm for us and no air conditioning in the room. This was the only hotel during our 2 week stay that charged for parking and breakfast, which was disappointing. Luckily we were there on a weekend and there was free parking on the street in front of the hotel.

The hotel is very new. We stayed in a family room. We were the only family on the first floor, so the privacy was good. The service is very good, the underground parking lot is also very convenient, and the breakfast is rich. The location is a little far from the old town center, about 15 minutes walk.

The hotel was great. I can't comment on the breakfast since I didn't have it. The staff at check-in and check-out were very nice and friendly, as were the cleaning staff. I would have liked a kettle in the room and maybe some tea bags, but otherwise it was still great.

This is my second stay. The location is excellent and very convenient.

Overall, it's good, clean, and has a small balcony. The only downside is that the front desk is always overwhelmed, and you have to wait a long time each time.

Very well-maintained mid-range hotel with top-notch service in all areas and excellent staff. Great transport links, with a tram stop right outside the hotel. Only about 500m to the main train station. Very good breakfast, with various egg dishes available to order. The only downside is that rooms on the 4th floor are only accessible via stairs from the 3rd floor.

Location is just good and clean room with space.

Check-in time is given as 1:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. In fact, the room could only be occupied shortly before 6 p.m. This was not due to the cleaning team but to reception/management, who had allowed the previous guest to occupy the room until 5 p.m. (instead of just 12 p.m.). A&O hostels have a consistent standard. I recommend them, especially if you are travelling alone — they are a good option for solo travelers.

Room ok (private ensuite), with ok mattress, ok duvet, terrible pillow! Sparesely furnitured, but fair enough. Ridicilous TV on wall: Size of a lap-top screen, but 4-5 meters from bed impossible to use/see anything. Toilet and bathroom/shower fair enough. Common kitchen not ok: Terrible smell all days (3 night stay), bad cleaning/hygenic conditions (greasy surfaces, not or badly done dishwashing)...

I really enjoy this hostel because the staffs are very nice and I had a good talk with them. My roommate is so nice and we talked a lot and shared with one whole room together. I felt so happy in Graz although it rained heavily today.

We were given a room on arrival that was not cleaned which resulted in us moving to a huge room. The beds are comfy and it has everything u need including kitchen to cook or make hot drinks. Washing machines ect. Needs a bit of maintenance though. The coat rack in 427 is coming off the wall, there was mould in the bathroom and floors dont seem to have been cleaned in corners. The location is very good, just a few minutes from the city centre. The breakfast is good, and the room is small but adequate for a one night stay. Clean and functional as a room. Stayed here for a one night stay. Closely located to the city centre and a 15 minute walk from the railway station. Was a handy base to use for my stay in Graz.

As a hotel, it was average. There wasn't much to criticize, but there wasn't anything particularly good about it either.

It's located close to the old town and there are three supermarkets nearby! It's a budget hotel so it only has the bare necessities, but the staff were very friendly and I'm glad I stayed there! I'd definitely stay here again if I come to Graz again!

Short stay at a design hotel in a prime location. Unfortunately, there are no affordable parking spaces, and the hotel's dark design feels rather drab. Breakfast is meager.

We stayed at the Hotel after a Ball. The location is perfectly central, so you only venture a short distance to your much-anticipated room. The furniture is contemporary, classy and of high quality. The dark colours make for an interesting and envigorating atmosphere. Only the sound-proofing could be a little better.

A lovely boutique hotel in the heart of the city, which made walking around the city very easy. Room was in good condition. Was a bit disappointed in housekeeping. I didn't request it everyday but when I did, I was surprised the shower soap was not refilled it was almost empty and also the toilet paper.

I stayed at the Hotel Stoiser in Graz for 3 nights. The rooms are functionally furnished and clean. The staff is very friendly. I had a room facing the street and it was very noisy. We had an amazing stay during Christmas. Our appartment Panorama Dachstein deluxe had a spectacular mountain view. We loved delicious food as well as the most friendly staff in the restaurant. The hotel has a great location in the center of Ramsau with convenient parking free of charge.

The lady at the reception and the waiters in the restaurant are all very kind. Like others mentioned, the food was just amazing! The best half-board food I’ve ever had in a 4-star hotel! Also the location was super convenient. You can easily reach Rittisberg, Dachstein Glacier and Schladming ski resort, etc. by car or bus.

Very neat and tidy hotel! I (25 years old) don't like an old dusty (German) hotel. That's why this is exactly what I was looking for. Modern yet cultural and atmospheric. You will also receive a so-called 'Summer card'. This allows you to do free activities such as visiting the Dachstein glacier, swimming in a nearby lake, etc. Highly recommended.

Fabulous stay. We booked for a week skiing. Hotel was immaculate, food excellent and always looked forward to the breakfast and the apple strudel was nom nom! All the staff very friendly and helpful. We did the yoga for 2 of the mornings which we really enjoyed and used the sauna daily. Only thing that would be a njce Addition is a hot tub on the roof terrace to ease the aching legs! A very nice family hotel surrounded by beautiful nature next to the Dachstein mountains. If you love walking (or climbing), this is the place to be. A great family run hotel in the Ramsau Schladming valley. Friendly and helpful staff and lovely food. Plenty to do in the area and the Sommerkarte with each summer stay helps you get around and see the attractions in the valley (includes a trip each day on all gondolas ans a weekly cable car trip. Local walking in the hills is a very pleasant Austrian experience.

We had a lovely two evening stay at the Lindenhof. The grounds are so beautiful, and position in relation to the mountains absolutely stunning. We loved their meals and that nearly all of their food is sourced from the immediate area. The room was very comfortable, and the beds delightful. Go visit their bunnies, goats, and chickens! Maybe don't visit the bees...but definitely enjoy their honey, available...

We spent four wonderful days at Hotel Lindenhof. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and they are very kind. the only difficulty was that I didn't have many options as a vegan, almost nothing for breakfast. If there were three or four vegan options for breakfast, the snack bar and dinner, the place would be perfect.
