Beautiful new hotel! Spacious room, comfortable bed, with all the essentials. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was cleaned daily. Delicious breakfast. We loved everything about it!

Before coming to Baku, I had made reservations at three different hotels. All three were located in the city center. Among the ones I checked, my choice was Parliament Hotel because the rooms were new and clean. The staff were also very friendly. I definitely recommend it.

This is the second time we've been to this hotel, Rusel Park, it was a really lovely stay. The room was huge and very clean. Cleaned daily with fresh water and towels. I paid 282 manat for 5 nights. $3 for an hour of pool time for each of my children. I have two. I think the price matches the quality. For me, as an ordinary person, the hotel was perfect. The hotel has a beautiful location, close to Azerbaijani attractions and away from the hustle and bustle of Nizami Street. The staff are helpful, and the cleanliness is very good. The hotel manager is a kind and helpful man, and the security is excellent; you don't have to worry about your personal belongings. A good experience, and I will definitely stay again.

In many ways, a solid choice for a hotel in Baku. Good breakfast, cleanrooms, rather quiet. Big rooms, but not accustomed to cigarette odor as smoking indoor still possible. Distant from city centre and closest metro quite far. Surrounded by two large roads and the scenery shows the other side of Baku. Internet connection works only dowsrairs.

This hotel is decently good- If comparison to Indian hotels- this is at par with Lemon tree. The rooms are huge- literally! The Washrooms are big enough for 2 people They have mini bar, sofa and a balcony too. Breakfast in the morning consists of Egg, Chicken, Dry fruits, Bread butter jam, and other local cuisine- 8/10 on food but trust me- it was quite good for our family.

We had a very good experience staying at this hotel. We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days. The room is clean and big. The only thing is the Tv reception dont have english channel. But you can bring HDMI with you so you can connect your device. And they clean and replenish all the supply everyday. They have free wifi as well. The people are nice. It was a wonderful stay in fact value for money. Neat and clean with spacious rooms open view and clean washrooms with hot water and toiletries. Hospitality is phenomenal especially Mr Shaheryar was readily available at the reception to help u out for day trips, advice and guidance related to travel and exchange of money etc. So was housekeeping and other staff members.
