Don't be fooled by the good reviews.
Rooms advertised are not available when checking in and do not have a balcony or a window that closes properly. No soundproofing with honking cars outside practically 24/7. Staff at the reception are rude and dishonest. Breakfast was inedible and repetitive. Bathroom with mold everywhere and no water pressure in the shower. Chairs with cigarette burns. Plug points don't work properly as so old. We didn't enjoy our stay and we won't be coming back.

A wonderful and clean hotel with a reasonable price. The staff were extremely polite, welcoming, and very helpful.

This hotel has many positives: the rooms are very clean, and the staff is nice and helpful. However, there are some downsides. It gets quite loud at night, making it hard to sleep. Parking is unavailable, and there’s no proper waiting area for taxis. The biggest letdown was the breakfast, which wasn’t good at all.

The location of the hotel is quite good — about 15 to 20 minutes from the Old City, with plenty of restaurants and bakery shops nearby. While there are no major amenities or facilities, the place is quiet and offers good value for the price.
The staff is friendly and very helpful, especially Mr. Shahrayar, who went out of his way to assist us during our stay. The furniture is a bit old-fashioned, but the cleanliness is at an acceptable level.

It was a wonderful stay in fact value for money. Neat and clean with spacious rooms open view and clean washrooms with hot water and toiletries.
Hospitality is phenomenal especially Mr Shaheryar was readily available at the reception to help u out for day trips, advice and guidance related to travel and exchange of money etc. So was housekeeping and other staff members.
Overall it was worth it.

A great option in terms of location and price. Next to the promenade. Stores. The cafes and restaurants.
Need to improve sound insulation. Weak wifi. Strange shower - one spray, not adjustable, awkward to wash. Poor Breakfast.
