This place was wonderful. Very good location in the city center. Excellent service and very good and full breakfast in buffet style, but you also could order specials like omelettes. Room was very spacious and clean. I loved my view from this corner room! I could see the flame towers too! Big bath tub with bath salt, friendly staff, yummy breakfast and hot cocoa. It was also easy to walk everywhere and there is a 24 hr grocery store within a 5 min walk. Super cute cafés nearby and easy to get a taxi too. Hotel is at the centre, walking distance to everything. Rooms are very spacious. Reception is rather slow. Breakfast not fancy, less than average. TV wasn’t working at my room, I notified reception but they didn’t do anything. My 4 day-visit was without TV:(

The building is a fortress of stone, featuring a massive, breathtaking central courtyard. Walking through the arched stone corridors at night, lit by dim lamps, is incredibly atmospheric. Its winter when i went there so, the outside rooms are super chilly. The food in their restaurant and the service is superb.

A big plus is that the front desk staff mostly speak English. The environment is pleasant, and the hotel appears quite new. However, the soundproofing is still poor, which seems to be a common issue for hotels in this area. The breakfast was decent, and the service was also good.

Airport is very far,consider at least 1 hour for leaving ; bur city center is near by taxi ,bus and metro. Lots of restaurants and fast foods R near by 20-30 min walking. Was in this hotel last month, it was a business trip for 4 days. Personal gave me room on 5th floor, with balcony. Despite of hotel established on 2018 room was very fresh. I will share pictures as well. I am from India and in breakfast I found out 2 Indian items as well. All personal know in English and they are very friendly. Very nice, I liked a lot.

I will rate the hotel 10+. They helped me resolve my situation with the immigration after the previous hotel refused to do it. Staffs are very polite and willing to help in all situations and of course with a smile. I recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there on my next trip.

Overall, the stay was good and the staff were helpful. However, the breakfast options were very limited and the same items were served every day. The Wi-Fi was also very slow. We requested a room change, and the morning staff confirmed that it would be arranged by the time we returned from our sightseeing. But when we came back, nothing had been prepared. This was very disappointing.
