Beware, they'll try to take advantage of you to get your payment. The place is terrible, the service is awful, and don't pay more than once a night after you've seen your apartment or villa. I think the five reviewers are their friends or colleagues, and they use different names for the same place to create bad reviews. Very bad place and people, stay away from them and never pay more than once a night after you see your apartment or villa. I think the other two reviews are from their friends or staff. They have different names on Google Maps to avoid bad reviews.

This was the worst hotel i have ever been to, the couch was dirty, old and scratched, the towels were wet, we found open beer and water in the fridge, its a 100% scam, on booking they added fake accounts for the reviews!

DOLANDIRICILIK! Vitrage Hotel diye rezervasyon yaptık ama bizi Hazz Hotel’e yönlendirdiler. Ekstra para ödemek zorunda kaldık, odalar hazır değildi, bir odada bir gece kalmak zorunda bırakıldık. Booking üzerinden hesabımı kilitleyip yorum yapmamı engellediler. Kahvaltı berbattı, hijyen ve hizmet kalitesi sıfır! Türkler sakın gitmeyin, tamamen dolandırıcılık! SCAM ALERT! We booked Vitrage Hotel, but they sent us to Hazz Hotel instead. We were forced to pay extra, the rooms were not ready, and we had to stay in a single room for one night against our will. They even blocked my Booking account to prevent me from leaving a review. Breakfast was terrible, hygiene and service quality were awful. Avoid this place at all costs – it’s a complete scam!

There’s only three pros of our stay there: free shuttle from the airport (a salvation when you’re landing at 3:00 am!), super comfortable bed and excellent location. the rest was a nightmare. firstly, being at the hotel at around 4:00 am due to an overnight flight, we were informed that the terminal wasn’t working so we had to go to the ATM - in the middle of the night, in a foreign city, without internet. we did not get this information beforehand, nor could we pay the next morning. secondly: a few days (2-3) after we paid 500manats for the 6 day stay for two people, I received information via Booking, that the amount of the reservation was changed from 500 to 50, with a note that the email confirmation was sent to an email address which wasn’t mine. thirdly: the offer included a free bottle of wine, which we did not get. fourthly: the offer also included a later check-out - until 14:00 - but we had to check out earlier, which the staff explained by another reservation for the room we occupied. There’s no way hotel has four stars, as it is said on Booking - in the room we found stained curtains, curtains with holes from cigarettes, dirty walls, the bathroom smelled of fungus and moisture, sanitary facilities were broken and slimy, breakfast was uneatable except for veggies. huge disappointment, do not trust booking reviews!

Under no circumstances should you book this hotel. What attracts everyone is the location. The hotel is simply unsafe to stay in--both in terms of health and the security of your belongings and money. As soon as we walked in and started washing our hands, water started pouring from the sink. Stains on the bed linens and all tablecloths. Mold in the air conditioner. Mold in the bathroom. The floor is worn out and completely swollen. The entire room is shabby. The whole hotel is rundown. The lobby has plenty of sockets, but only a few actually worked. All the doors are broken, and the front door wouldn't lock (it could be opened from the outside without keys). Do not book under any circumstances!

STAY AWAY! Dirty hotel and dishonest manager. Would only accept cash and even then tried to charge us more. Filthy filthy hotel and forget about getting enough toilet paper for your room. The icing on the cake were our flea bites as we left the hotel. Disgusting place. Stay far far away!

This hotel doesn’t look anything like the photographs, and isn’t even clean, but that’s the least of the issues. We had to wait for over an hour in the scruffy reception area, only to be informed that the hotel was fully booked and that we’d have to move to an alternative. Rooms were showing as available on the website, surprise surprise 😡 The owner later tried to claim money back saying we were a no show. We had no choice as we were in a group and had no knowledge of the area. So thankful I wasn’t alone and at least it was daytime, or else the experience with intimating staff here would’ve been even worse. We were sent to the Co Pilot / Deniz hotel, which was a clear downgrade, very basic, and they TRIED TO CHARGE US MORE!!! The final straw was when we returned from a day of site seeing and making the best of our situation to; flea infestation, springs sticking out of the mattresses, unwashed sheets, uncleaned bathroom, rude staff. I cut my trip short as I didn’t feel safe to stay on as a solo traveller once my friends left Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!!
