Room is clean and bed is comfortable. The room amenities are quality and hygienic. View from the room is perfect (sea and city). Open buffet Breakfast so good and meals are delicious. A lot of thanks to hotel Staff

The reason for my overnight stay at the hotel was a business trip. However, the service I received at the hotel made me decide to come back to this hotel. The sea view from the room is very beautiful. The breakfast was excellent and the open buffet was tastefully prepared. The hotel has a separate A la carte restaurant and this restaurant has a sea panorama. I liked the dinner very much. I left the hotel with a good impression.

The lunch and dinner at the hotel's A La carte restaurant (MiraMar seaside restaurant) with a sea view were very nice.

The hotel is located in a very beautiful area. The sea view from the room was very beautiful. We had to stay 1 night here and it was the most inconvenient night. To begin with, theres no bell boy to assist with luggage which is a huge problem when traveling with a toddler. No toiletries were provided. Room had a lot of wear and tear. We couldn't lock up the balcony and bathroom doors, locks were broken.
Cleanliness was average. Front desk team was not helpful at all. Overall it was a huge disappointment
This is no way a 4 star hotel. Please dont be fooled and choose another hotel.

We were three of us checked in two rooms. We really liked the hotel! Convenient location, everything is close by, and the view is just awesome. We had rooms overlooking the sea which was an added advantage. The staff is friendly and polite, always smiling and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, felt like home. The bed and bath linen were changed everyday leaving us with no complains whatsoever. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

The room was dirty and shabby. There were no toothbrushes or toothpaste in the room. I asked at reception, they said they were available upon request, and I asked them, but they still didn't bring any.

When we booked, it said checkout was until 11:30 PM, but we ended up checking out before 12:00 PM.

The location is good, the breakfasts are okay.

Good location old hotel. On the seashore close to the oldtown. Hotel bathrooms needs to be refurbished. Water leaks under the glass seperation. Also the faucet was leaking. Otherwise comfortable rooms. Crowded hotel some mornings hard to find food and a place to sit for breakfast. Servlce bad. After breakfast you can’t find anybody to serve anything to drink on the lobby.
