4 Of us booked 2 rooms and arrived at hotel to Check-in at 8 pm, we were given both the rooms at 09:30 pm after lots of follow-ups.
Rooms had single bed quilt instead of queen size quilt, neither the rooms had a single towel, bedsheets and pillows were stinking dirty. Flush wasn’t working in one room.
When I asked them about it - receptionist literally asked us to wait until next morning for towels and quilt which sadly we had to.
All the staffs from receptionist, waiter to technician were extremely rude as if we were asking for something extra.
Even the prisons must be having better tasting food than this place’s breakfast.
Read a lots of reviews about housekeeping coming to room without knocking and that’s exactly what happened to both of our rooms. I wish I hadn’t ignored those reviews.
If you want to keep your sanity, please avoid this absurd hotel at all costs. How this place has 7 rating is beyond me.
