لااااا تحجزون والله اسوء فندق في باكو ونصابيين This is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The room was extremely small, stuffy, and uncomfortable. The bed was advertised as a spacious double, but in reality, it was barely a bed for one and a half people — definitely not suitable for two. The room had a bad smell and felt suffocating. What makes it worse is that the photos on the website only show the nice rooms, while this type of room is never shown. It feels like a scam. When I complained, the staff simply said, ‘This is the room you booked, it’s a standard one. If you want better, pay more. If not, your payment is non-refundable.’ Basically, you end up paying no matter what. It was extremely frustrating, unprofessional, and dishonest. I do not recommend this hotel at all. Staying here was a big mistake, and I deeply regret it

I recently had two stays in the property. I booked and prepaid them only minutes apart, and I reserved a Deluxe room both times. The confirmation emails from ******* clearly show this. The first stay was pleasant, and the deluxe room was newly remodeled, clean, and comfortable.

However, when I checked in for my second stay a few days later, I was not given the room I reserved and paid for. I showed them my email confirmation which clearly showed my prepaid Deluxe room, but that didn’t matter. It was too late for me to be able to cancel the reservation, so I was just stuck. The hotel office refused to answer 6-7 calls from *******.

The standard room itself was extremely small, the carpet was stained and dirty, the shower moldy, and some things in the bathroom were in disrepair.

I requested a partial refund of the difference directly from the hotel and was denied. I was given breakfast one of the two days, but that did not cover the difference in price.

I again contacted ******* for help, and they once again had trouble getting the hotel to answer, and eventually told me the hotel would not honor my request.

Whether it was intentional or not I don’t know, but I feel taken advantage of by a bait and switch, and the hotel is completely uninterested in even answering their phone or working with me to make things right. I have no faith that in the future I would get the room I paid for.
