Saw the hotel on my way from the airport to my actual hotel and loved it at first glance. This is the second time we've been to this hotel, Rusel Park, it was a really lovely stay. The room was huge and very clean. Cleaned daily with fresh water and towels. The reception staff are excellent and speak some English which was great. I highly recommend this hotel and your close to shops, restaurants and museum.

I wouldn’t say it’s a five star hotel at all as it is considered one. A 3.5 star hotel at best. Our door was broken. Limited food in buffet for a 5 star hotel. Value for money is good. Staff are kind and accepted late check out. Location is not the best, but you can find Bolt taxi easily and go anywhere in Baku with 1.6-3.5 manats. The hotel is a famous destination for Arabs. Breakfast variety was below the expectations but acceptable. I would visit it again.

Beautiful, clean, large rooms! Stayed here for a few times and always wish to come back again. It is a very nice hotel for the price. Breakfast is very good and location is just about 5 minutes drive from downtown. The area is quiet and safe too. Nice place to stay with families.

The hotel is not located in the very center, there is an interchange nearby and there are traffic jams during peak hours, which needs to be taken into account. There are outdoor and indoor pools, very good. Breakfast is very good. Some of the sockets in the room are falling out. We were given a room without a jacuzzi, which was very disappointing.

This hotel in Baku is in a good location, close to the bus station, the city center shopping center and the subway station. It is clean and tidy.

We absolutely loved the service and the staff, Tabor and Sabish were helpful and so friendly. The only inconvenience would have been the rooms have thin walls so you can hear others very easily. The rooms are more dated but kept clean. The location was very easy to navigate from. Breakfast is small but good to keep you going as you go out into the city.

The hotel is not the most luxurious, but the staff is incredible. Reception is 24/7 and they are always willing to help you. Going to the sauna very very early in the morning was no problem for the people at the reception. Breakfasts are great, repetetive, but great. Housekeeping was also very good, can't complain. This is perfect for a budget 3 star hotel. The location of the hotel is great as it's convenient to get around to local shops or the Baku boulevard.
