I like to leave an honest review, so it may help others. On arrival do not book airport transfer from this hotel, as they will ask for 50manal. Book through Bolt for a taxi, will cost you 13 manal. Over all staff are very nice and helpful, they advertise breakfast as buffet, its only basic, with an omelette, although it is niceley presented, but no variety, you have to pay for pool and sauna, although this should be included for all guests. Very nice accommdation, good service, but lacks local amenities. As away from the city. Always use Bolt app taxi, is very reasonable. Very dissapointed with money exchange, as they happily except and exchange any cash on arrival only, and decline to do so otherwise.

Nice clean hotel, supporting staff. Enjoyed lot in big hotel. Allowed us early check in.

The hotel was very nice but the facilities were limited and below average. Limited to almost no restaurants nearby and a he hotel cafe and restaurant is highly expensive. Service is as per the hotel’s convenience and not guests.

This hotel is good for guests that wish spend time on the beach as it s located not so far from the beach, but it is not the best beach in town as water in that area is not so clean as on other side of Absheron. The price for such a hotel is high. Service and rooms are not on high level. they make guest to pay additional for hotel facilities where in other hotels those facilities are included in the price. Presented as a five star hotel, but living up to expectations.
The rooms are very basic, not what you would expect from a 5 star hotel. There are several restaurants, pools and the complex has a spa which is only open during working hours. The hotel is not so far from the city centre, but traffic is a real problem to get there, so leave on time.
The breakfast buffet was really basic and would not even give it a 3star.
The staff is friendly and helpful, but speak mainly their local language.
