The Central Point Hotel Baku in Baku

The decor was nice, the view from the window was great, and the receptionist was very helpful and easy to talk to. They even replaced my room key without charging me, although I found it later. The Ritz-Carlton is right next door, so the hotel's location is excellent.

This is a pretty good hotel in Baku. The facilities are complete and new, and it's clean and hygienic with prompt cleaning. There's a square and supermarket nearby, and the staff are helpful.

A good hotel in the center of Baku, conveniently located to all areas

Excellent! One night I ordered takeout to the wrong place, and the hotel's general manager and front desk staff proactively helped me pay the extra charges. When I tried to pay, they refused to accept the money. Very good, very good!

The view from the window of the Heydar Aliyev Center is beautiful, the breakfasts are decent, the rooms are clean, and they brought an extra blanket upon request.
On the downside, the hotel is surrounded by a busy road, and to get to it, there's not a single pedestrian, so you have to cross it. For some reason, even though we were sharing a room with two people, they only provided one toothbrush. The shower is also poorly designed; the drain gets clogged and the entire toilet is soaked with water. Overall, the staff is friendly.

I recommend this hotel. It's very friendly, very clean, and always willing to help. I'll always come back to it. 🩷

Helpful staff and good location

Facilities: Relatively complete, air conditioning is very powerful.
Cleanliness: Good.
Environment: Convenient for tourism nearby, nice scenery.
Service: Okay.

We were delighted with this hotel!
The reception helped us with depositing euro until we could exchange in Azn as we checked in midnight even when their policy is payment in azn!
Everyone from the reception and breakfast staff were very kind, always with a smile and good words!
The room was very big and spacious even though we had a standard room, a very big bathroom!
Clean every spot, even in the most hidden corners you couldn't find dust or dirty.
When we checked in, the hotel welcomed us with a plate of different fruits and bottles of water.
The room has everything you need for a long stay.
What we liked more was the comfortable bed and pillows and duvets that made our accommodation very relaxing.
The breakfast is exactly as it is in the pictures, but i can't say that i was satisfied, maybe for my taste is okay, but it would also be good to have more varieties because when you stay a whole week it gets very expected.
To note also that they allowed an hour more for the check-out and kept our luggage's until the late evening.
The location is around 3.5 km far from the center, but the taxis in baku are veryyy very cheap. For this route, the Bolt taxi app charges less than 5 manat (azn currency) that is around 2€.
If we calculate 10 ways in total(2 ways a day), you will spend 20€ meanwhile the hotels near the city center cost 200€ more than this hotel.
So it is really worth it to book this hotel because from my research, other hotels that are close to the city center are not in the standard of Central Point Hotel, from what i read their reviews.
