Extended our stay , as the hotel was a great choice

We stayed 1 night in this hotel for layover from Gabala to Shahdag. Decent hotel for 3 star rooms and basic amenities with breakfast spread. Cozy stay and nothing much to mention.

My experience at this hotel was disappointing. The restaurant on the 6th floor was advertised as an open buffet, but in reality the portions were limited and we were not allowed to take freely. The reception staff struggled with English, which made communication difficult. The room I stayed in had a bad smell and was uncomfortably hot. However, I would like to mention one staff member in the restaurant, Ali, who was very kind and helpful. His service was the only positive part of my stay.

A very nice hotel with friendly staff, clean and beautiful interiors, delicious breakfasts, and a wide selection of dishes. The hotel itself is conveniently located, close to the metro and the city center.

We stayed here for 4 days with my family booking two rooms while the property is amazing and staff is courteous , on first day of our check in we found the one lady who seemed like manager to be quite ride. Our credit card payment was not going through for one room though we already paid for other room and the way she talked to us seemed quite rude specially. Otherwise is recommended and would stay again but the people on front desk need a some training

the bathroom had little bottle of shower gel and shampoo and small soap bar. Upon checking with cleaning lady trolley, it was full of necessary vanity products which they did not put in our bathroom. when checking our early morning, we were victimised & harassed by the Manager who asked us to pay extra, this was disgraceful. Will never recommend this hotel

It was first time my stay in this property. All is good , especially breakfast. Chief cooked for me omelet very well. His name is Faig. I really liked this property. Definitely I will stay again in this hotel and recommend to everyone. Also I want to mention rooms are very clean and tidy

Not sure how can I review this spot. Stay away from it if you can. Shady spot. The only thing good about the entire spot was the back light in the room which was the hardest to find it.
Just don't stay here. It's not worth it.
I had to cause I had no other option .. but otherwise I can't explain how terrible their service was.
They were prompt in calling cabs. Therefore 2 stars.. it is quiet. So it gives you a decent night's sleep if that's what you are worried about.

the hotel is decent and the staff in the lobby are helpfull but the room service staff are very greedy and unpolite the location of the hotel is nice not the best so far but its okay and everything is close to you with a taxi the rooms and good and spacious the bathroom is clean on other hand the buffet is not the best they should improve the buffet and add more food to it.
