One of the filthiest hotel rooms that we have stayed so far. First of all, we booked the room through booking.com and paid all the taxes that costed us around 5BD(50 AED approx) on top of that the receptionist charged us additional 4BD (40 aed) as tourism tax which was clearly charged to us by booking.com. It was late in the evening around 10 pm, so didn’t bother arguing. No fresh towels, no soaps/ handwash / we called the reception/ housekeeping/ no response. There was no one at the reception at 10.30 PM where we can make a complaint. We ended up buying handwash and soap from a nearest supermarket. As a hotel it becomes your responsibility to provide basic services. Next comes the cleanliness, attached some of the pics where you can see for yourself. For about 25BD approx you get a much much better quality hotel rooms. I won’t even spend 5BD for this room. Very disappointed with the photos that you show online and there should be an option to show us the room and refund the payment if we don’t like it. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

There were no bath towels, slippers, bottled water, coffee, or toothbrush sets. The door, hair dryer, and refrigerator were broken. The elevator buttons were broken. The tea bags were not packaged. The first time I asked for coffee, they were delivered. The second and third times I called the front desk to replenish the items, they were never delivered. The soundproofing was terrible. The music played on the second floor could be heard clearly on the fourth floor. The low-quality LED light strips on the windowsill would light up at night. The weird light made my scalp numb after turning off the lights and going to bed.

If you're tired, don't book a room here. The music bangs from 10 pm up to 2am and you can feel the bass vibrating in your ears
Bathroom, see attached photo, hope are relevant.
Initially I had a smelly room and they change it. Room is not bad, but can be improved specially the cleaness.
