Even no one star Nothing available in the room Maintenance zero Service zero It is not even a hotel No outside line available No housekeeping No towels No hair drayer No breakfast No pool The ******* site had cheated me when they put on the site that these minimum requirements are available Very very bad experience Dirty hotel It is my first and will be the last time

There were no bath towels, slippers, bottled water, coffee, or toothbrush sets. The door, hair dryer, and refrigerator were broken. The elevator buttons were broken. The tea bags were not packaged. The first time I asked for coffee, they were delivered. The second and third times I called the front desk to replenish the items, they were never delivered. The soundproofing was terrible. The music played on the second floor could be heard clearly on the fourth floor. The low-quality LED light strips on the windowsill would light up at night. The weird light made my scalp numb after turning off the lights and going to bed.

This property claimed they had no rooms even after two confirmations from *******. The Room was hot, AC Broken, Toilet Seat Broken. Terrible place overall. Music from Club pounding all night against the walls. Staff doesn't care at all about Customer Service Either. Horrible establishment.
