The swimming pool is really good

My friend had suggested this hotel, to he honest i had a great time. The service was good. The rooms and hallways were clean. The hotel has good parking facilities too.

There is an Indian lady in the reception of the health club spa at night, she is very rude and impolite. She spoke behind our back in the health club spa. Knowing we were Indians too she was bad mouthing us to the masseuse because my friend asked if there was a discount before he started his session. The worst service I had ever seen! Pla don't go there, hope they replace such disrespectful woman!

This hotel security egyptian is not polite and tough it need to replace them specially the egyptian ones . I will never come again to this hotel with this impolite egyptian security.

Great food. Not expensive

Used to be a favorite, but unfortunately has declined due to always overcharging, taking too much time for prep and the unfortunate plethora of drunk customers. Their food is still good, so better for delivery.

The chef brought us food that was microwaved. It was prepared in the morning by their main chef. And they think its ok to fo that. Horrible service and horrible food
