The renovation took a while, and the surface looks quite old. The sanitary environment is average, but the location is good, the transportation is convenient, and there are quite a lot of breakfast options.

From the start the experience was first class. We were picked up at the airport and on arrival at the hotel the reception staff and porters were friendly and accommodating. Rooms were good and extremely clean and the daily service was impeccable. We were in Bahrain for the Grand Prix and would recommend this as base to anyone. Breakfast was plentiful although local but the staff were on hand to help. Room service food was fast and sufficient.

The room was big and well managed eventho old. The bad things was the low ground room was so noisy because of the club right below the floor. The music too loud and very inconvenient. The staff finally moved us to other higher floor room. Better avoid to give rooms to customer to this floor, instead use it for some facilities!

It is not recommended for women to stay alone. There is a ktv on the first floor. It is messy.

8-night stayed at this hotel, I have visited many countries and stayed in various hotels, but I have never seen front office staff drinking alcohol and speaking impolitely to guests as I have here. It feels like we are paying to hear their drunken ramblings rather than to have a pleasant stay.
