Hotel is pretty old and noisy, amenities are basic, but the staff is very friendly. I write this review to thank hotel manager Mr. Sathyian P. for his assistance to me and my team with transport, catering and breakfast schedule. He was so helpful!

Room is not clean , towels smell bad , stains on the bed sheets , no parking in front of hotel and a very busy area with no where to park , watch has been stolen

We booked two rooms, and first of all, the price is way too high for the service provided. We had to stay less than 8 hours at the hotel due to an accident, yet we were charged for a full day. On top of that, the blankets they brought us smelled dusty and were not clean. The room didn’t even have basic dental care amenities that every hotel usually prepares before guests arrive.

This hotel is absolutely terrible and they’ve rated it as 4 stars! The furniture is old and broken, the fridge doesn’t work in both rooms , and the service is extremely poor and slow. We were a large group, and honestly, if I were alone, I would’ve preferred to sleep in my car rather than pay for this. To make things worse, one of the rooms had a broken air conditioner in the middle of summer!

The renovation took a while, and the surface looks quite old. The sanitary environment is average, but the location is good, the transportation is convenient, and there are quite a lot of breakfast options.

From the start the experience was first class. We were picked up at the airport and on arrival at the hotel the reception staff and porters were friendly and accommodating. Rooms were good and extremely clean and the daily service was impeccable. We were in Bahrain for the Grand Prix and would recommend this as base to anyone. Breakfast was plentiful although local but the staff were on hand to help. Room service food was fast and sufficient.

The room was big and well managed eventho old. The bad things was the low ground room was so noisy because of the club right below the floor. The music too loud and very inconvenient. The staff finally moved us to other higher floor room. Better avoid to give rooms to customer to this floor, instead use it for some facilities!
