Worked anniversary and go back there just to rest. Bath, quads, horses, crossbows. Administration - gold is simple. I liked everything very much and it is a pity that it is impossible to put more than 5 stars

Delicious food from Tamara, not a single dish was repeated in five days! A lot of entertainment: hunting, fishing, horse riding and quad biking, spearfishing and much, much more! We spent five days here and everything was very, very pleasant

Since COVID19 President Hotel is the only place in the city center, where you can visit swimming pool and sauna after 21:00 in the afternoon.

Rooms are much larger than average and meticulously clean. I stayed here for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. The hotel is very close to the city center, a myriad of restaurants and superb shopping malls

The staff are beyond slick and helpful, you never hear the word no! Igor Litvinenko and his team strive to provide the highest degree of professional service to their guests

The location is fine (close to the railway station and a metro station), many cafes and restaurants nearby, the bed is comfortable (for those who like soft beds), the swimming pool is warm and the jacuzzi is hot and strong

We arrived in Minsk on July 15, walked to the hotel. We were incredibly tired, since the road from Moscow was 7 hours and the only thing we wanted was to take a shower and relax. Our check-in was supposed to be at 14

Naturally, we refused and did not even look at the room, because when I booked I wrote to them - only a non-smoking room! To which the administrator Tatyana said with a displeased face: "that she does not have another room and what do you want anyway?" In the end, she suggested waiting another 40 minutes until they clean the room on the non-smoking floor

And the most interesting thing is that none of the staff (neither the administrator nor the general manager) apologized even once! After sitting in the cafe for 45 minutes, no one notified us that the room was ready and we could check in

We were so shocked by their attitude and complete unprofessionalism. First they took money from us and only then presented us with a fait accompli! Out of anger, we asked for a senior manager

Not a bad place to spend the night before the flight. The room lacks a kettle. There are all the accessories for the shower, the transfer to the airport is very expensive, a taxi will be 2 times cheaper.

For a transit foreigner in Minsk airport this hotel was a real barging. Not having any means of communication in Belarus, we asked relatives to book it from Ukraine and it was done very easy via Trip

I stayed twice at the Turist Hotel, first time the room I stayed in was a bit run down & outdated I would say. The second time I stayed there I got a nice new renovated room
