Everything is fair but road condition is not good!

Hi and my friend have a lovely stay here, the breakfast was a 10/10 for me, because for someone like me on a weight loss journey and having calorie deficit breakfast was my highlight and taken that detox water before my breakfast was everything for me. We had a nice relaxing morning in the Sunna and bubble bath. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. And it was easy for us to move around because is close to the train station.

I am very dissatisfied with my stay. Construction works across the hotel started at 6:00 AM, making it impossible to sleep.
A good night’s sleep is the most basic and important purpose of a hotel, and this was completely taken away.

I was not informed in advance about these works. When I raised this issue with the hotel, I was told they could only refund 30% of the amount paid, with no other solution. This is not logical nor fair given the situation.

The welcome at the reception was very mediocre; they asked me to pay for the night even though I had already paid via the booking site.
At check-out, the same thing happened: they asked if I had paid the tax, even though I had paid it at check-in...

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, it was a mixed experience. The hotel itself was okay inside—comfortable rooms and a nice sauna that I really enjoyed after a long day. However, the surrounding area was quite disappointing due to ongoing construction nearby. The neighborhood didn’t feel very safe or inviting for evening walks, which was a bit of a downside. If you're looking for a place to relax indoors, the hotel’s amenities are decent, but the external environment leaves much to be desired. I might consider staying here again if the construction is completed and the area improves.
