Very unlucky that AC is not working during our stay. Although we have been provided fans and cold water, the room is still not cool enough. A few minutes walk away from Bruxelles Midi/Midi Zuid. Room is comfy and cozy. Staff were nice. The only issue I had was one towel in the bathroom was dirty/used upon check in. Housekeeping should always double check. It leaves a bad impression.

Telephone system and air conditioning system are out of order. They didn't want to fix the problem and didn't change the room for us!

Hotel opened in 2016. Perfect location for my targets in Brussels, less perfect in time of EU-concerned demonstrations. Clean room with comfortable bed, fridge, TV and safe. One of the best things about this hotel is the breakfast. It’s really convenient not having to go out early in the morning to look for food. The bed and pillows are extremely comfortable, which is a big bonus and made my stay even more enjoyable.

Two hours later, I got a message from my colleague, who had also booked a room here: the front desk had given her my room card and let her enter my room—we had clearly reserved two separate rooms. A hotel located in th quiet and relaxed neighbourhood of Saint-Gilles away from the hustle and bustle of Brussels central. Well connected by tram and bus services. We chose the hotel for the very central location and it was indeed an overall fantastic experience! The 24h reception allowed us to make the most out of our Brussels trip, like leaving early to visit Bruges or coming back later than dinner after a night out in the Delirium village. We stayed at Hotel New Charmagne, a four-star hotel that we found quite basic for its rating. The downstairs area was lovely, but the rooms felt a bit outdated. That said, the staff were very helpful, and the 24-hour reception was convenient for coming and going.
