The room was quite small, but very clean. Great shower for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing!
very tiny rooms, no access to the bad from the side because ofnarrow room, anly access from the front.
all clean, tea making kettle.
Room and hotel so clean. Good location. Staff so helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend thank you for a lovely stay.
Staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast area is well decorated, and I enjoyed sitting there and having a coffee. They have a pool table by the bar that my friend and I thoroughly enjoyed. They didn't have anymore parking available but I was able to find parking on the street.
The house is clean and the breakfast is delicious
One of the best Ibis properties I have stayed at, location is extremely convenient with the bus stop being just opposite to the hotel. Room was decent sized and clean. I didn’t eat at their restaurant so cannot comment about the food. Definitely recommended for all travellers!

Clean and decent hotel. Has pool and sauna which is a very nice addition to your stay.
The hotel is understated and tasteful; the ground floor is very contemporary, perfect for relaxing, working, and socializing. Our room, number 102, was bright and comfortable. The hotel also has a garage, which is a real plus.
The location is fantastic, close to museums, the main square, and scenic viewpoints. In short, a great place to stay.
Nice hotel - 5 star service
Nice and cozy hotel in Brussel center.. swimming pool and Sauna both were little small but it was very nice and clean. I loved the service and breakfast too. 5 ⭐
I had an issue with the shower fell from the ceiling they moved me rooms straight away - no issue at all - lovely spa great location - nice staff
We stayed at this hotel for a couple days based on proximity to the Grand Place and restaurants. We were a family of four, and we booked the two-level family room.
Pros:
Our room was ready early when we arrived.
The two level family room with the spiral staircase was more than enough space for us and our two teenagers.
The lower level has a second toilet, which was nice and unexpected.

Great business hotel for visiting European Commission.
Perfect location! Spacious room with a desk and a nice bathroom.
Good basic hotel has everything you need and great transport access.
Great location with comfortable beds. The doors slamming in the morning was not great but other than that it was a pleasant stay.
Recommended as a good place to stay in Brussels
I have been staying at the Hotel Chambord -no further recommendation is required.
First Brussels visit
Excellent experience. Check-in was courteous and efficient. We were quite early but coffee shops and restaurants conveniently close by. We stowed our luggage in a dedicated room near check-in. Lobby was comfortable enough fir a brief wait and had M/W restrooms. Rooms were well enough appointed, ckean and larger than some we’ve stayed in. Breakfast each day was excellent. Breakfast...

Front desk was super nice and helpful!
Rooms were very spacious and clean.
Location Location Location
We had two rooms here, a family room with two adults and three small children, and two adults in a queen room. The queen room is in the main hotel whereas a family room is in an annex very close by. The family room is giant with a dining table for six, pullout sofa, and a kitchenette with refrigerator and hot plate and separate bedroom with king bed. There were free drinks (water, coke, beer) in the...
Really convenient location, close to all the major historical sites, shopping and Christmas Markets. Hotel has rooms in 2 sites. We were in room 202 which is in the Galleria St Hubert. Room is spacious and well appointed but unfortunately noisy due to shouting in the middle of the night (happened all 3 nights) and why I lowered the rating as otherwise was excellent.
Central location. The hotel is great, I was originally concerned about not having AC but the room was really cool every evening and nights.
I would stay here again.
The hotel is very central, and in walking distance to the big severities in Brussels. At first glance the room and hotel looks stylish and sleek. However, there were several things that detracted from the experience. First, our room had a view into the Gallery, which was beautiful, but meant that we could hear everyone walking in the Gallery at night. A lot of people yelling and signing loudly until...
I enjoyed my quick stay at this hotel. The staff at the reception are friendly and accomodating and the room where I stayed in was spacious. The location was perfect, close to the shops and everything. I also had a brief experience in staying at an 18th century building which is amazing 😍

It seems like each room has a different layout. The room I stayed in had a layout where it was difficult to hang clothes, and if you did, it blocked the TV. The sheets weren't clean, and the hairdryer was dirty.
Nice hotel with attentive staff.
The room was pretty good.
The gym was basic but decent.
Shops nearby.
No fridge in the room, but the staff offered to store our food for us.
The food prices at the hotel are a bit high, but that's common in hotels.
Hotel near the city center, with a contemporary style, comfortable and safe.
Very clean hotel in the city centre, staff are very friendly and I had a very comfortable stay with no problems. Would happily recommend to couples and families.
Love the stay, the ambience. The decoration and interior is perfect, room is sparkly clean and love the spaces and touches all over the hotel
The room was great, but the carpet was seriously outdated. Downstairs, there were complimentary fruits and water, and the breakfast was the best and most plentiful we've had in any of the European hotels. The location isn't bad either.

The location is excellent and very convenient for getting around. Service was efficient throughout my stay, and the facilities are in good working order. Overall, it is a reliable and straightforward place to stay if you prioritize a central position
Had a great stay at this hotel! Warm welcome, clean and comfortable room, and the staff were pleasant and attentive. A lovely experience, I recommend it.
I was expecting the single room in Europe to be quite small, but it was surprisingly spacious and deep. It was also very clean.
There are three things to note:
First, the amenities are sparse. You only get one thin plastic cup and hand soap! There are no slippers, toothbrushes, or shampoo, so you'll need to bring your own. There's no complimentary water either. While there was a coffee machine at...
Great stay at Hotel Villa Royale. Not too far away from city center, few minutes walk.
The hotel room itself was very clean upon arrival and maid service was fantastic. The room was basic but met all of our needs. The bed was very comfy and extra pillows were supplied. The bathroom came equipped with a hairdryer and clean towels supplied every day. The shower head was broken and the design is slightly flawed, which meant the bathroom floor flooded upon use. This was perhaps only specific...

Perfect place, comfort for our family. Room is big
Don’t let the 3 star classification fool you. If I was told that this was a four star hotel, I would not question it at all. It had such a warm and cozy feel to it starting from the lobby area and up to the room during my student was a medium size one since I was travel solo But if you’re traveling as a couple, you might wanna get a bigger room. We arrived in the morning after a long flight and the hotel kindly offered to let us check in early!
The elevator was out of service but they carried our bags down from our room at check out
Very friendly front staff and housekeeper
Great location
Bed was comfy
Our room was very spacious, clean and well appointed. The balcony and mini bar were also very nice to have. The cleaning staff did an excellent job each day servicing our room and restocked coffee and water each day. Currently there is a lot of construction going on in front of the hotel so you'll definitely need to get up and moving earlier in the morning to avoid the noise. Very close to Bruxelles...
The property is very well situated, close to the Grand Place, a beautiful cathedral, and a train station. Our room had a small balcony with a table and chairs, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was very good, although it could get busy, resulting in some waiting times for service or food items. Obviously a popular destination!
Really clean room with a really comfy bed! Very happy we stayed here during our trip. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Extremely colder to the central rail station and the old town part of Brussels.

The photograph on the website is somewhat misleading given that it has nothing to do with the hotel. It’s a very urban hotel benefitting from proximity to Brussels Midi and should front up on that. Once inside, the hotel is fine
Near from train station and very accommodating staff
The hotel is very close to the South Railway Station, which is very convenient. The hotel has complete facilities and good service.
The disadvantage is that the area near Brussels South Station is really dirty. The walls are covered with graffiti and the streets are full of black people, you know! On the day we checked in, there was a summer music festival in the open space next door, and the subwoofer...
The hotel is very close to the train station. The room is a little small but it is quite comfortable and clean. However, I don’t think it should be 4 stars, maybe 3.5 stars. The decor was nice and comforting. The room was comfortable with a nice view of the square. A kilometer from the Mannikan Pis, which is a nice location that is walkable and fairly quiet after hours. Would stay again.
Location was excellent, easy walk to Christmas market and train station. Room was always clean and hotel was safe and secure.
Good location,19 minutes from grand place. Room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of hot water for showers.
Clean rooms, easy checkin and checkout. Good location to train station and Christmas markets. Would stay again.
Coming from the eastern station, you pass through construction work, but the road to the city center is smooth.
Not cheap. Cute corner boutique hotel with modern feel, adequate for basic stay needs. Clean and fresh room, but chilly during winter with only a portable mini heater.

Convenient location for subway access. in the middle between Midi and Lemonier station. Just avoid to go out late at night because it is the Brussel Midi area
Staffs are friendly and helpful. The room is small but very clean and comfortable.
Room was adequate and clean. The only issue I had was the walls appear to be very thin as I was kept up late by others talking in a nearby room.
This accommodation is pretty close to Brussels-South station, so it is convenient to reach both Brussels airports. The property is a bit old, but it should be fine.
The hotel is in a good location, only about 10 minutes' walk from Brussels Square, but the road in front of the hotel is under construction, which is a little inconvenient.
The room is not big, the hygiene is good, and the sound insulation is very poor. .
I don't know why, but I had to pay again at the front desk after booking the hotel from Ctrip, which made me feel bad.
I stayed in an economy single room.
It's within walking distance of the city center. There is a sign, so the hotel is easy to find.
The room was reasonably clean.
There is no bathtub in the bathroom.
There is a hair dryer.
There was what appeared to be heating equipment, although we didn't use it as it was late September.
There is no air conditioning. There is an electric fan.
The room key is a card...
The location is very good, 5 minutes walk from the station, the room is very clean, and the housekeeping is in place, but it is a pity that there is no kettle and you can't boil water. There is heating, and the room is dry, so you need to open the window for ventilation.

The rooms are small and you can hear everything due to the thin walls. The bed mattress is super soft and it feels like you are sinking in the middle.
Good central location; staff very welcoming and helpful. The hotel itself is a bit 'tired' and could do with an uplift / makeover with more 'in room' facilities.
First night we were in a front facing room and it was so loud we could not sleep. The staff moved us to a back room and it was quiet. Room was clean. Walking distance to all the sights.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very quick to check in and check out!
Great location, amazing staff, good breakfast options. Only negative it’s loud night time, so can affect sleep. Maybe soundproof curtains/blinds?
The staff wa absolutely wonderful and had THE BEST restaurant recommendations. The bed was made so wonderfully tight that I first thought the sheets were missing. 😁
The only thing that could’ve been improved is the possibility of not having the room cleaned and the towels changed every day, that would help regarding eco-friendliness.

Good central location with public transport. Great staff. Rooms and amenities both a bit tired.
Good location, close to the tram for getting to the city center. The room was fairly clean, quiet, and spacious, but maintenance left something to be desired. Eve at the reception desk was delightful and welcoming. She arranged for our bags to be held until check in time, and also arranged for them to be carried up and down the stairs for us.

The location for a woman is poor. I was there only one night and was followed and harassed in the area in both the day and night multiple times. Convenient location in quiet street.
The single room is very cost-effective, clean and tidy, with complete facilities, and an electric kettle is very important. The staff's service attitude is very good. I specifically asked the front desk about going to Waterloo and other issues, and they answered them patiently.
On the one hand, it's within walking distance of the city center, but on the other, there are many drawbacks... it's very noisy both from the window and from the hotel stairs when other guests return from partying at night. The room is strange: the mattress is under the bed, the top bunk is above the bathtub... it's okay for a night's stay, but nothing more. The price was attractive, but! If you arrive...

Clean Mondrian-esque meets industrial-chic room. 10 minute tram ride from Bruxelles midi and across the river from the historic centre. Not sure why this place gets low reviews. It was totally decent, and good value for Brussels.
Bed was comfy, room was big. It was easy to get to. Unfortunately, that's where the good parts end. It was not sound proof as advertised. Loud horns continously beaping, cars and bike revving, people shouting, fireworks etc from 10pm on Sunday for 2 straight hours. I have no idea why. The hotel said it was football celebrations but this seems excessive. Brussells is the noisiest city I've ever been...
Not far from centre. Can walk, bus or tram. Stop across from hotel v convenient.
Accom: Big room. Clean, comfy beds & great shower.
Would stay again
Ok place to stay. At least 20 minutes walking from Grand Place. Not very cosy neighbourhood. A little bit noisy from traffic. I really missed carpets on the floor. The grey concrete floor seemed cold and like a cellar floor. There could also have been more lamps/lights. The breakfast was cheap, but only plain croissants and coffee. That's all.
The staff were lovely and helpful. The room very basic and bare. Close to the tram which was the main reason we chose there.
The location was good, but the room was oddly shaped. And the Wi-Fi was very weak.
