A good hotel in the center of the Copacabana district. Nearby are cafes, shops, and bus stops, providing easy access to the Botanical Garden and Corcovado. Everything was very nice. Cleanliness, service, breakfast. I do object to the bed frame. It's very noisy, soft, and uncomfortable. And also the noise from adjacent rooms. You can hear everything.

The only positive thing is the proximity to Copacabana beach and the metro station. Breakfast - When going down for breakfast, don't count on having a free table. For such a large hotel, there are too few tables. When it comes to food, everything is done for quantity, not quality. Just mass-produced! The coffee is awful. Room - we got a room where you can hear literally everything, the air conditioning...

The hotel is strategically located right behind Copacabana beach and this is its strong point....but for the rest... The structure is very dated, we had the rooms at 3 pm and even there, disorganization reigns supreme: why give everyone the rooms at the same time and not distribute the assignment as they were ready? The modern style and ocean view are unparalleled - loved the suite and the little gifts we got every day. Breakfast is very good and with the best view, while the other guests are also quite a vibe. The pool is more of a tub but there are definitely other (many) reasons why a stay is worthwhile here.

An excellent hotel, very beautiful, in a great location in Leblon. They checked us in early, for which we are very grateful to the reception staff. The breakfast was a very good spread. The first two rooms I was shown were not suitable for my daughter and myself. The third was clean and comfortable.

Great location. Only 5 minutes walking to the beach. I stayed 3 night at this hotel. Toilet had problem since day 1 and got poorly fixed. I had to fix it on my own after waiting for hours and no one showed up to fix it once again. Housekeeper didn’t clean our room at all. I don’t recommend this location!

A very nice hotel outside the nightlife area. The hotel is very clean, though the bed is a bit firm. The shower is nice. If you use Uber, you can get anywhere within 25 minutes. A little noise, but if you sleep well, it's fine.

The hotel delivers on what it promises! Very clean room, clean and fragrant bedding. The breakfast is impeccable, totally worth it. The hotel follows the Ibis standard. The amenities are not many. At check-in, they didn't even offer me breakfast, much less what the hotel has available. The room has a strange smell when you enter, but when you turn on the air conditioning, it improves. Speaking of the air conditioning, it is very good, it cools the room quickly and the soundproofing from the room to the street is perfect.

The room has a good size, bigger than most of other ibis budget. Bedsheets, towels, toilet and shower were clean but the bedroom area was really dirty. Many spots and marks. Quiet room, great location.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the beach. The front desk staff is very nice, but too slow. There are bugs in the room, many on the table. The bathroom door cannot be closed. But the dry and wet areas are separated.

The staff were great. Unfortunately my first room had no Wi-Fi so the manager was kind enough to move me to a different room the second day. He upgraded me because of the inconvenience. Excellent facilities, very well located, in front of the subway and Itaú bikes, which allows for great mobility as well. The view from the room was also very good. The hotel is in a great location a few steps to the terminals and offers free shuttle. The room was super clean and the bed comfort was excellent and very comfortable for someone who has back problems. It was a good stay. The comfort of the beds could be better. The friendliness of the housekeeping staff was noteworthy. The receptionists were somewhat curt in greeting guests, although my son was ill for a couple of days and they inquired about his condition afterward, which I appreciated, but they could be more cordial and smile, as they are the face of the hotel that greets guests.

Location is perfect. Close to the beach and close to the restaraunts. Voucher for the gym close by was also a bonus. Breakfast was tasty and fresh would recommend.

While the hotel doesn't have many rooms, the facilities are quite good. They offer valet parking, and the service is excellent. The front desk staff were very attentive; they explained tourist routes, enthusiastically helped us book a day trip, and even recommended a fantastic BBQ buffet. Plus, the hotel partners with Smart Fit, so you can go there for a workout. I really loved it!

The location is great, making shopping and daily errands super convenient. However, the hotel itself is probably on par with an economy chain like a Motel 6.

A good location if you want a view of the city's main beach. Decent breakfast selection, fairly spacious room. Various cafes and restaurants nearby. The staff was generally unfriendly, and a sign asking for room cleaning was ignored. Complimentary water is not provided in the room.

The central air conditioning isn't good; it turns on and off all the time. The rest was okay.

The service was not very good. The waiter was at the door and saw the customer carrying a few boxes but didn't come to help open the door. He completely ignored them. The room facilities were relatively simple.

I’m giving my rating based on price. The hotel could be amazing if they would just figure out a way to vent the bathrooms out. The rooms get so humid bc there are no fans in the bathroom that anything wet will never dry. It is a shame, bc the hotel seems to be renovated. Also the hotel has no contacts in the tourism business so if you want to do anything touristy, they have no clue.

The only downside is that the room was very humid, and the quilt felt wet.

Good hotel, with a good location. The only downside was the pool, which was very small and looked old and uninviting. Everything else was of good quality. Also, the generator kept turning on during our stay, which made a huge amount of noise.
