The hotel is excellent. Very good location, clean, and comfortable. The service at the front desk is unsurpassed, the entire staff very friendly, especially Humberto, who helped us at all times with recommendations and reservations. The breakfast was excellent. Highly recommended.

Don’t stay here - security terrible and they’ll let anyone into the building. Children as young as 2 running around and playing in the gym - it’s not a crèche for the money you’re paying. Also breakfast wasn’t included

I was there for a business event. Wifi connection at the hotel is horrible. it requires you to login in each time you use and logs you off automatically. the hotel was quite cold as it as off season. they did not have any kind of heating, they only offered blankets. I needed to call receptions a few times for iron and board and if you keep the iron and board more than 1 hour, they charge you for it...

The hotel is in a prime location, across from Copacabana Beach and close to many restaurants. The hotel provides towels, which is essential for beach fun. The room decor is quite dated, and the elevator is small and crowded during peak hours, leading to long waits. The breakfast is decent and acceptable. The hotel staff are excellent and friendly.

I think it was good, but for the price I think it should include breakfast.

Very conveniently located right next to the Copacabana beach, though it’s a little far from the nearest metro station. Great views of the whole copacabana beach steetch from the rooftop pool and breakfast was not bad as well.

A good place to stay for visiting Rio de Janeiro. Close to the very beautiful beach, from the building tops is the fantastic view of the beach. Restaurants are around in walking distance. Tour trips are available from hotels. The room is clean, spacious, with good services provided by the hotel.

Service at the hotel was excellent with the staff very quick to help with bags etc. The rooftop pool and bar was great and had amazing views of Copacabana. The room was a decent size and the shower very good. We had breakfast which had a good selection and was pretty decent.

It is located close to the GIG Rio de Janeiro International Airport. It is located in a newly developed area with better urban planning, wide and clean streets, and better public security. The location is good for those who are moving by bus. There is a bus station nearby. There are no shops near here. There are no toothbrushes, free fresh water. The view from my room was on favellas. Not bad on the whole, but depends on your goal in trip.

This hotel is truly just a stone's throw from Copacabana Beach. You can even borrow towels for the beach, which is a huge plus if you plan on spending time there. The hotel is located in a quieter location but still really accessible to all places and beaches. The rooftop area has a nice view.

Hotel is right in the middle of down town near all the things you would want to do. But it is outside of main touristy area, so not a lot of restaurants/amenities near by. Was great for Carnaval being able to walk to Sambadrome and skip the crazy traffic.

The facility isn't great value for money, given that it's considerably small for the price. Still, it's well-located and very clean. My biggest complaint is the check-in process, which was extremely slow; I waited almost an hour in line to check in.

Very small room and no minibar or phone to call reception. 220V sockets so you can't dry your hair. They only have 1 adapter to lend and it was already borrowed. Bad service. Coffee costs 57 reais but there isn't enough variety to charge that price.

We booked, the rooms are different from the photos, the pillows are bad, the staff do their best, but honestly the facilities were disappointing. The TVs are Belgian and only work intermittently. It was extremely disappointing.

The Location is just next to Cinelandia and Lapa in the City Center. The service at the reception was not so good.. You had to wait untii 3 p.m and you could deposit your baggage only upon paying! Everything was very clean and well organized....only the buffet was expensive...they could have offered a more affordable price or lacart dishes with more affordable prices.
