Location is only good for those travelling with the nearby airport. I was really disappointed by the free wifi which needs to be re-connected every one hour. The room key is another problem, fails easily, I changed 2 times within 4 days. Breakfast is fairly good indeed and lobby is spaceous.

The hotel is well-located for those who need to be close to Congonhas Airport. It offers a free shuttle service. The breakfast is very good, with many options.

The hotel is generally reasonably priced and not too far from the airport. It is best to take a taxi for the entire trip. There is nothing special about the meals. If you come next time, you can stay here again. The pictures are not relevant.

We had a business trip to Sao Paulo (in the Memorial da America Latina Center) and the hotel is just 5 minutes walking from our destination. Moreover, the food in the restaurant is great and the room clean and comfortable.

I was surprised that the bed was a murphy bed but it comfortable. The AC worked well and the shower was good. The room was clean and comfortable. I would make sure that you lock the balcony door as mine was not locked when I arrived. The lobby could use a bit of help but its clean and the people were helpful and friendly. Great location, rooms are wonderful. Order a drink from Chelo in the bar - excellent!! I give it 4 stars overall - booked 5 rooms, one had a leaking tub, one had air conditioning that didn’t work, and we were surprised by the fact that I was charged for breakfast. Had we known, there are so many places in the area for a nice breakfast at less than half the price. But no mention of a charge at check...

The price/performance ratio is not like a five-star hotel at all. The room is small and there are not many facilities. The breakfast is OK. There are Japanese miso soup and rice. The surrounding restaurants are very convenient. There is a supermarket and a Vietnamese rice noodle shop opposite. It is suitable for Chinese people to stay for a short time.

Great hotel, great service, very chic and modern. Thoroughly enjoyed my room. Things I appreciated most: the view, the shower, the blackout curtains 😁 The bathroom shower has a floor to ceiling glass that looks into the bedroom. There's a rolling shade if you're shy. Well located and friendly staff. The rooms and common areas are in nees of maintenance, specifically the gym ans pool area. The internet connection is slow and unstable, overall a nice hotel with some areas for improvement.

Nice location, reception could have been more helpful when arranging early check in after a 12h flight. There obviously was a room available of a higher category for a couple $ extra but this was only suggested after 2h of waiting in the lobby (had also contacted in advance weeks prior). Also no room amenities available that you'd expect like toothbrushes, razors, shower caps etc.

The layout is slightly old but the location convenience makes up for it.
