The San Michel is a hotel where you immediately notice its age. But in no way does it fail to deliver what every good hotel offers: comfortable accommodations, a good bathroom (with hot water in the shower and sink), a comfortable bed, clean sheets and comforters, and extremely cordial service. The trip to the San Raphael for meals, even at night (dinner is paid separately), was safe and peaceful....

The hotel isn't new, but it's cozy. I stayed for one night. The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was okay, and the staff was pleasant.

The building is old, but the rooms are quiet and comfortable. Breakfast is served at the sister hotel across the street. There are some homeless people around at night, so you need to be careful when going out. During the day, you can sightsee without any problems.

A very interesting hotel. 18 story building from the 1980s. The bones are all there but it's starting to look rather 'beat up' on the interior. Not part of any chain it seems, but shows in the lack of corporate standards. I think this place is waiting for a new owner to pump some money into it. Hotels take a beating and the finishes are re-done every 6-7 years. This place way past that. But very clean

Some of the hotel staff know English, the top floor has a balcony with a great view, a pool, but the gym doesn't have good equipment. No complaints with the room.

The location of Blue Tree Towers is excellent. It’s minutes away from a large mall, close to many excellent restaurants and across the street from a large park. The service at the hotel was the best and the front desk was always willing to answer questions. I’d gladly come here again!!

Good, decent hotel. Breakfast choices all ok. Rooms spacey and clean. I had a lot of support from the hotel staff who helpt me out twice(!) because of issues with my rental car and the only good contact with the rental company required Portugese language skills.

Mercure Hotel Sao Paulo Paulista is definitely a place to stay in when visiting the city. It's very cosy, quiet and clean, the staff is super nice and helpful, location is perfect ( most popular atractions are in the walking distance from hotel ). I definitely recommend.

There are too few fitness facilities and the rooms are small. I booked this hotel because of the heated swimming pool, but it is too small and the water is not circulating. I am quite disappointed. I will not stay here again.

The staff was incredible, as our flight was 24hrs delayed I contacted Orbits and the hotel questioning if there was anything they could help me and for my surprise, Natalia from the front desk called me back (while i was waiting for our flight in New York) with the news that she was able to prorate my booking !!!! The room we booked was a basic triple, kind of small but perfect for our 4 day stay....

Very well located if you intend to stay in this business area of the city. Staff was nice, it took a little while to check-out as there were a lot of people queueing to check-in, it was ok though.

Excellent location, but with some negative points: bad pillow, old furniture, low quality breakfast and terrible service from a girl at reception. The elevator didn't read my card, I was stuck in it, the girl had difficulty opening the door and even claimed that it was my fault for not knowing that there was an intercom in the elevator. I do not recommend the hotel.

This is an apartment-style suite hotel with breakfast included. There are quite a few Asian guests here, making it very suitable for families. The best part is that it has a washing machine; it would be even better if it had some laundry detergent.

The room was large and spacious, and the view from the higher floors was excellent. The washing machine and microwave were very useful, but you'll need to bring your own laundry detergent. The front desk staff were friendly and spoke good English.

Located in a calm neighborhood- unless it’s busy when students return to the near by PUCSP. Hotel needs repair as painting and doors are not in perfect conditions. The restaurant at the ground floor is worth only for the breakfast; avoid eating-in at dinner time.

The hotel's location is very good! The room is quite small and old. I missed having at least a kettle or glasses in the room. The walls seemed dirty, and so did the shower stall. The towels were new, but there was a towel hanging behind the bathroom door – which wasn't mine. The air conditioning was very old, and the remote stopped working in the middle of the night.
