Perfect Location and great breakfast with excellent room conditions
My worst experience at a Radisson, mostly due to bad service and the room. While the lobby is modern the rest of the hotel is in bad shape: elevators that don’t work properly and rooms that have seen better days.
Service: I called for 10 minutes trying to get an iron. The only time someone answered she didn’t speak English. Other times other I got disconnected or no one picked up. After 10 minutes...
The front desk service is great, and they often greet guests in Chinese. The breakfast is also quite rich.
An optimized solution for short stays. Good location. Recommended
The hotel was under innovation. There was no alert for that from 9 AM till 5 PM. There was hard drilling around all the walls afterwards on my last day not Friday. There was no hot water from 7 AM till 9 PM.
The accommodation fee on the day was very cheap and good. It would have been even better if they had provided slippers. It was disappointing that the TV could only be viewed from one side. There were no particular problems, but if the hotel reception staff could not respond more quickly, it would have been difficult to check in when it was crowded, which may have lowered customer satisfaction.

Very convenient location, charmingly retro hotel decor and vibe -- everything about the lobby and room felt like 1979, but well-maintained and with WiFi. Breakfast was standard Brazilian hotel breakfast, that is, tasty, varied, and on par with a high-end US hotel breakfast. Staff were courteous and competent.
Very very very bad WiFi. Extremely frustrating.
The room is old and smelly. There is no power socket at the bedside
Loved it!
It was awesome. Everyone was so gentle and prompt to better assist in any doubt and/or request
The staff were very some of the most friendly and helpful that I have spoken to in a hotel so I was really glad about this part. I chose this hotel instead of others that looked similar in the same area because it had a pool. It was around double the price of the similar hotels that had no pool. The pool looked absolutely filthy and it had a weird looking broken hole in the bottom of it so I didn...
There are bars all around, and people who like to play probably like it.
The facilities are outdated, there is no hair dryer in the room, and the Wi-Fi is very poor
Breakfast is OK, English communication is poor

It’s a nice hotel with good location and nice breakfast. There is a nice shopping mall near the hotel.
The hotel overall is quite good. The staff are very friendly and helpful. However, the only drawback is that the corridors of the hotel are a bit dirty. Additionally, the view from my room window is quite average.
The room is good, although a little old, but it is safe and clean. I will stay here again next time!
The room is nice and big, but you need to prepare your own slippers, toothbrushes, etc. You need to pay for all the food in the small room. You can also pay for the food and send it to the room. The price is clearly marked and the price is reasonable. The surrounding is very safe, there are also several places to eat and supermarkets, very convenient
Breakfast is really delicious. Room is comfortable and clean. To sum up, I do liked it.
The environment is hygienic, the WiFi is good, and the breakfast is OK.

Service was great. Leidiane did a great Job. However the room had issues with the shower that were unconfortable.
Good location, kind people and good rooms. Better check in with the All Accor app.
Was needed in an emergency for two nights and it was perfect for that. Very clean and even a hot breakfast with omelets!!
It took 30 min to check in; the 8th floor was very noisy and it seems that they knew that the hotel machine room would result in a loud noise in most of the 8th floor. I had a good experience before, but this last one was really disappointing.
I think it's a good hotel in general, but they should improve cleanliness of the shower. Breakfast was good, dinner was not so good. I asked for grilled chicken and it was too small and the waiting time was too long. I complained about the chicken after I ate. The waiter told me that they could prepare something else for me and that I should have told her at the moment. She was really nice, but I didn...
Good place to stay, close to the mall and to the interlagos track

The Internet connection is terrible. So take this into consideration if this is important for your needs. Good breakfast.
The location is excellent, close to a beautiful mall and 10 min walking distance to the metro station, the breakfast was ok, the staff should be able to speak English at least, the rooms are not that clean and are pretty old. The rooms are not very sound proof.
Compared to two years ago, this hotel has been renovated, but the service has declined. Check-in took a full half hour, and I have no idea what they were doing. The restaurant was terrible; the breakfast was practically empty, and the previous buffet lunch was gone, replaced by à la carte service, which resulted in almost no one there. The only redeeming quality was the openable balcony, where you...
Very convenient location to Faria Lima , staff is friendly. Cafe is good, breakfast included. Elevators sometimes have issues.
This is a nice property, modern, reasonably priced. But one word of warning: when you arrive for check-in, you should make sure that you are attended to by one of the nice professional female staff, or by the wonderful male employee ELI, who is so friendly and helpful - and you should AVOID a front-desk employee named Rodrigo. He will give you the exact OPPOSITE kind of room that you request. He...

Very clean and well maintained, even though the fittings are a bit dated. Staff impeccable.
One of the best hotels! Absolutely top-notch in every way.
WHAT AN AMAZING HOTEL! I always stay in FASANO JARDINS when I travel to São Paulo. Near Shopping Jardins (with amazing restaurants!). The staff is amazing, cleaning is amazing, they always offer some kind of "gift" to the guests, breakfast is really good and both restaurants inside serve EXCELLENT FOOD.
Really liked the place - from the lobby to the rooms, all oozed understated elegance. The hotel is *tiny* with only 4 rooms on each floor, but it also means you get well looked after. Room service was top notch Italian fare. I had arrived early before check-in and they were very generous with the shower facilities in their spa. Security was tight, so not a problem there. Again, lovely little place
Positive: Comfortable hotel, great bed, wonderful breakfast, courteous service, exceptional spa and restaurant.
Negative: Old furniture, exorbitant prices at the restaurant, I went upstairs and left with my luggage - no one offered to help, tiny pool, the spa cancelled my massage perhaps because it was complimentary, small minibar.
The Fasano in Jardins is a beautiful hotel with spacious, well-appointed rooms. Just don’t expect 5-star service. The good: The hotel is in Jardins, a very beautiful, lush, fancy part of town, with excellent restaurants and high-end shopping. The hotel rooms were very spacious, clean, and quiet. The beds were fairly comfortable although they could have used a heavier comforter as the room was quite...

The hotel is clean, breakfast amazing, walking distance to Avenida Paulista and MASP. The only thing I would suggest is to have bilingual ppl at front desk. São Paulo is a big city with lots of tourists and having a full bilingual customer service representatives will be a plus!
Amazing location on a safe area, close to shops, restaurants, and main tourist attractions, you can walk to so many places. The hotel was nice and had a really good breakfast, which was one of the highlights with Pao de Queijo every morning. The lobby and restaurant area looked nice and recently renewed but the rooms are a bit run down. Staff was super helpful and kind at all times. I would definitely...
Overall, for the price, the property is good and it’s located close to Paulista Avenue. But it’s on a slope so you have to Paulista up and it’s hard to walk up if you’re not fit. More importantly, their rooftop terrace has no Internet connection and nobody to give you towels for the pool. Parts of the hotel are in rough shape And the renovating half of it at the moment.
It is a great place to rest. The double twin room is amazing, large and clean. Strongly recommend to visiting with family.

My go-to in São Paulo
Very comfortable hotel with an excellent location. It is my go-to hotel when in Sao Paulo for business.
Great hotel in a very central location in São Paulo. Jardins is a neighborhood full of great restaurants and clubs, and is very close to the central Avenida Paulista and the metro stops Consolaçao (line 2) and Paulista-Pernambucana (line 4). The room was quite large, very clean and quite quiet (very important in a city like São Paulo). The pool is quite small but nice, the gym has basic equipment that...
I have stayed here many times. The room, breakfast and service are quite satisfactory. It is considered a suitable place to stay in Porto Alegre. The hotel is right next to the airport. Unfortunately, the airport drop-off service has been canceled during the reconstruction process after the airport was recently flooded.
The facilities are old but close to Paulista Avenue
The hotel is very well located. The room was clean, the bed and shower were excellent and the breakfast was very well served. I recommend it.

The hotel is a little dated, needing to modernize some equipment and structures.
It was good, the location of the hotel is very good, but the impression was not.
Everything is great. Excellent service. Great staff. Great location. It's 10-15mins walk to the Mall and subway. There are restaurants nearby. A good gym is 20 mins away with a cheap daily rate. Strong Wifi. I extended my stay for another week and for sure I will consider the same hotel when I get back to Sao Paulo. The receptionists and the whole staff made me feel I'm home after a long flight...
The hotel was clean and the bed comfortable but it has the feeling of needing modernisation, the a/c in the room was a box that blew only in your face
Service is awesome.
Rooms and beds are big and nice.
Breakfast is repetitive but abundant.
Gym is very scarce.
Location is very good.
I was there 3 months and wouldn't mind to go back.
Rooms are nice and really clean. Service is okay, food also ok. For the the price I was expecting more tbh. Really beautiful view, good quality materials. Nice in general

The hotel is small but cozy. The breakfasts are excellent and delicious, and the service is top-notch. What I didn't like was that coffee in the room cost extra; usually, tea and coffee in the room are complimentary.
Fantastic room and the best service!
What a charming experience. Services are exceptional. Cute pastries and fruits in room every day. And the location is unbeatable, you can walk to everything
Best location in São Paulo, not cheap, but super safe and tons of amazing restaurants and places to go near the hotel.
Perfect location, superb service, wonderful dining room, delicious bedding. A truly five star luxury experience.
Absolutely beautiful and very warm, attentive service. It’s also nestled in one the most beautiful areas and close to restaurants and shops. Strongly recommend Hotel Emiliano!

Very disappointing experience for a hotel of this reputation. From a dirty bathrobe on arrival to consistently disorganised and inattentive service, the stay fell well below five-star standards.
Dining experiences were particularly frustrating, with long waits, poor coordination, and a lack of professionalism. At one point, we were asked to wait despite available tables, while other guests were prioritised...
WOW. WAW. WIW.
Literally one of the best experiences in my life. From our arrival to our exit, this was an absolute joy. Service was impeccable, rooms were spacious and well equipped with all kinds of amenities. The breakfast is a joy and their Guerlain spa is a must.
We had a fantastic 3 nights stay, it was packed and extremely pleasant.
Fully recommended.
The best hotel we have ever stayed in. The facility is gorgeous. They did an outstanding job of preserving as much as possible the historic buildings while creating a modern hotel with every possible convenience.
The staff is amazing. One evening, I asked where I could go to get Diet Coke (it is a Pepsi hotel). They asked how many I wanted. Off they went to the convenience store. Five Diet Cokes...
Room is great especially bathroom but not he light switches make no sense whatsoever- irritating.
Front desk staff is great. Breakfast is hit or miss and gym is great but not well managed in early morning hours. Rooftop pool and bar are awful
I have stayed at Rosewood São Paulo twice, and I can confidently say it is my favourite city hotel. Every single area and detail has been thought to be beautiful, useful, and elegant.
The room is outstanding, the bed fantastic. You can choose from different pillow options and they will bring them, as well as a silk facemask.

Rosewood São Paulo is a spectacular property that sets a new benchmark for luxury hospitality in the city. The architecture, art integration, and overall design are stunning, and the rooms are impeccably detailed, elegant, and comfortable. Every space feels intentional and elevated.

The hotel is located some distance from Avenida Paulista, but since we only needed a place to stay after arriving from Istanbul before our flight to Foz do Iguaçu, it wasn't a big deal. The breakfasts were excellent, including our first cheese buns, and we were also pleasantly surprised by the abundance of fresh...
I liked the hotel. The room was spacious. It was convenient that there was a kitchenette with a microwave. The breakfasts were okay.
Large room with microwave and kitchenware. Rooftop pool. Quiet rooms. Good breakfast.
We like the location , was an easy walk to Rua Oscar Freire for shopping and great restaurants. Room was spacious, the small kitchenette came in handy for making tea . Quite suitable for longer stay we thot .
It is very close to Paulista Financial Street in Sao Paulo. The room is very clean. It is rare that the front desk staff speaks fluent English, which makes communication easy. The area is very safe.
The hotel is about 2km away from Avenida Paulista, which is considered a relatively safe area. There is a Carrefour supermarket 400 meters from the hotel, which has a wide range of products. You can buy things there if you need to bring them back to China. The facilities in the hotel are a bit old, and there is a smell when you go in. Overall cost performance is OK

The room was better than I expected for the price. It was functional and equipped with a microwave, a basic coffee machine, a fridge, and kitchen utensils.
Our room was managed directly by the owner, and the check-in process was a bit frustrating due to having to fill out paperwork again.
The room was quite clean and had a great shower.
Breakfast was basic, offering eggs, pão de queijo, some cakes...
Location, breakfast and staff was really good!
We had to change rooms twice because of the AC noises, third room was for disabled which also had water leaking and clogged drainages. Between checking at 14:00 and maintenance we could relax around 18:00 pm.
Place needs urgent maintenance.
The check in went well and they were very friendly. We were in late but still managed to get room service and the self service beverage area in the lobby was a welcome addition. Very basic room and bed was not the most comfortable but it was a good place to stay for the night. Breakfast in the morning was fresh and there was a good selection. One issue was street noise as the windows did not block...
Stayed for 4 nights on a solo trip. A very comfortable room and helpful staff, would recommend!

This is my second stay at the Golden Tower Pinheiros. The rooms are spacious and extremely comfortable, the staff goes way and beyond to be helpful, the breakfast buffet is so diversified and delicious, and location could not be better. Will stay there every time I’m in SP. Muito obrigado a todos no Golden Tower - a huge thank you to everyone at Golden Tower Pinheiros!
Great location. Close to shops, paulista, night life. Room was large enough to eat in and do yoga. Loved the gym overlooking the city and parks.
The hotel is okay, it could be better for the price they charge. The breakfast could have more variety and it could be healthier. The internet is bad on the 4th floor and the staff are okay.
Good for business trip
Nice location, good breakfast, and it was quiet.
Bathroom has a good hairdryer.
Parking is paid 35 BR every 12hs.
Great location! Very clean and great breakfast bar. Very reasonable rates as well.
Alright hotel
Overall decent hotel. Our room was not ready in time so we had to wait for almost an hour in the lobby. Swimming pool, sauna and small gym.

Good location in São Paulo.
Cheap option.
Good quality, family-run hotel. Simple but very well-served breakfast. The only downside was the pillows, which were extremely soft.
thank For all Personal in Hotel!!!! Everybody is Helpful
Great hotel! Great service and location
The breakfast was nice. The room was alright, not bad, the bed was a bit squeaky, the bathroom door didn't shut properly. The guy working there was such a darling, but I was a bit upset that they didn't have a fridge to store some food that I had left over from a fancy restaurant that I went to with my other half. All in all, it was a nice trip. Thanks Cardim, arrasou. É noix!

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. There were some bugs in the room when we arrived. My wife got some skin allergies on the second day. Not sure if it was caused by the bed linen or something else so we requested a new room. The staff was super helpful. The staff at the front desk helped me with a lot of stuff. We did a massage and it was great. The breakfast was very good.
Very convenient location. Right in the city center. Famous Japanese heritage district! Hotel staff are friendly and helpful!
Great location for who wants to go around Liberdade. Rooms are spacious. Free breakfast was no big deal.
It's good for the president. The location is very good. It's right next to Japan Street and it's very convenient to walk there.

A bit aged, but confortable and large rooms. Just half block from the WTC convention center. Many options of restaurants around. Very isolated after dark, you should just move around by taxi or Uber at night time.
The place is nicely designed but needs more care, More care about the place and more care about the guests. Restaurant closes early so room service is not always available. Sauna is not always on and you have to inform reception to turn it on for you. Location is good. You pay for car park

It was good.
The outdated facilities need improvement.
The room type was okay, but the bed in the standard room was a bit small.
The breakfast was great. Staff was amazing even though there was a language barrier we managed well. Location, easy walk to quite a few attractions and restaurants.
Good but could be better
The hotel was conveniently located, but very outdated. It’s on a busy street and the windows are not well insulated, so if you want a quiet evening, it’s not ideal.
Not many people speak English, which was a shame, but not a deal breaker. Service and breakfast was very good.
Nice room, good breakfast, friendly staff.
Will stay here again.
The hotels in downtown Sao Paulo are quite old. This one is relatively old and fairly clean inside.
It's not cheap. The decoration and facilities are not as good as those in China, and it costs 100 US dollars.
It's okay to stay for just a night or two.
