Nice hotel with friendly staff.
Very comfortable and clean, suitable for business trips
The room is clean and tidy, there is no peculiar smell, the bed is very comfortable, and you can see the scenery outside from the room, which is very good
The hotel rooms are clean, stylishly decorated and spacious. The bed is very comfortable to sleep on and can relieve the fatigue of the journey. The breakfast is a Western breakfast, which is quite rich. But it is not very tasty for Chinese stomach.
The hotel has a good view, large house space and comfortable beds. Business travel, good experience! I will come again next time. Good review. There is a self-service laundry room at the gas station not far from the hotel! There is also a scale in the room, which is thoughtful.
It's OK. You can open the window. The room is not big. The service is very good. The price is said to be relatively high. You can consider it again next time you go on a business trip. It's convenient to take a taxi. It's good

Absolutely love this hotel. Everytime I'm in Sao Paulo for Business I stay here
The room was quite small, not recommended.
Facilities: Average, the hotel is quite old.
Cleanliness: Average.
Environment: You could hear quite noisy noises from nearby while sleeping.
Service: Service was acceptable.
The bed is as small as the regular ones, the room is ok, the front desk doesn't speak English very well, there is no free water in the room.
The worst thing is that the air conditioner is not installed properly and blows right at the bed.
The breakfast is simple, but the fruit is good
Nice hotel, well located for going to shows at Allianz Parque - you can walk there. Varied breakfast.
And everything went well when booking through Trip.
Terrible location. Trip said it is a four star hotel. It is actually at most 2, or 3 star hotel. Breakfast is so so. The room is large, but not well decorated.
Good hotel if you miss your flight, but it can be an hour away from Gulharos Airport depending on traffic. Certainly not close by. Hotel staff were friendly and excellent, go to the buffet dinner and breakfast early or your choices will be limited. Rooms fine.

Sao Paulo, Rua Capote Valente 500 (60 min from centre) 🧭 Map
Room was great spacious, loved it , except for the fact that there was only one hook in the closet, no refill of toilet paper, no do not disturb sign - asked multiple times for the above
Nice hotel in a good location. Rooms and common areas are overall clean, and the shower has amazing water pressure. The gym is well-equipped, and the staff are friendly and responsive. On the downside, there can be long lines at the front desk, and the pool isn’t as updated as shown in the pictures—it could use some renovation.
Fair and modest place to stay.
Wonderful hotel. Everything works. Everything clean. Great staff.
Room was great, had a separate seating area, the shower was fantastic! Breakfast was charged separately, but very worth it! A good variety of yummy food. Unfortunately there was construction going on and I was awaken at midnight with some loud pounding noises; called the front desk and it stopped. The area is safe and walkable with several bars/restaurants around.
The property is quirky, the staff are excellent, the dining is good.
There are some old-fashioned touches - washing lines in the bathroom - and in places there is a clear need for refurbishment, but it's a comfortable place to stay. And the swimming pool is excellent.
I realise from other reviews that one must book a superior room in order to have bottled water and tea-making facilities in the room...

Clean hotel with friendly staff with breakfast included. Rooms and hallways could get an update.
Excellent service and well located.
Facilities: Relatively new, but no kettle, slippers, or toiletries.
Cleanliness: Okay, pillows are a bit yellow.
Environment: Quiet and safe.
Service: Some front desk staff speak English, some don't.
Breakfast is about the same every day.
The rooms are quite large and well-equipped. The location is good, and there are Chinese restaurants nearby. The hotel breakfast is rather limited. It is a good choice for short-term business trips and offers good value for money.
We stayed for eight days and asked to modify one day of our stay more than three days in advance, but they refused to agree. I give a bad review.
Nice hotel, good service. The app to request room service didn't work. The restaurant service at night should have more staff. I sat for 15 minutes and no one attended to me. I got up and left. The rest was fine. Comfortable rooms, perfect white. The bathroom was very nice.

Sao Paulo, Avenida Jamaris 100 - Moema (7 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The rooms are spacious, the breakfast is plentiful, the environment is nice, the area is relatively safe with security guards on duty, and the courtyard is nicely landscaped. The only drawback is that the hotel is divided into two sections, and we were not told which section to check in from before we arrived.
São Paulo has always had a bad reputation for safety, but this area is relatively safe. There are many supermarkets and restaurants downstairs from the hotel.
The apartment room has a kitchen. There are no slippers. There is no running water. There is a self-service water dispenser in the lobby on the first floor. It's relatively quiet at night.
Definitely will recommend friend to stay Mercure Times Square
Very good, newly decorated and clean, overall good service
The hotel is in a good location, with good surroundings, a nice garden and a gym downstairs. Many families stay here. Although the breakfast is not rich, you can see that the restaurant is also attentive, and it is different every day. The only thing is that the room has a smell, the sound insulation is not good, and the two elevators are very small, and the elevators are blocked and crowded.

Great place, friendly staff)
Breakfast is buffet style (lots of variety). The room was clean. It was on the 19th floor, so street noise didn't reach us, so it was quiet.
The staff were always very attentive, and the security guards were always vigilant with guests, especially in the area near the hotel.
The breakfast was well-served with a lot of variety!
The room was spacious and had a bathtub for important relaxation after a day of business!
This place is not safe, there are many homeless people
The hotel is not far from the main church and the pedestrian street, with convenient transportation.
Hotel is conveniently located near Repulica metro station and attractions in historic centre. Breakfast is good. Althoughthe hotel looks a little bit old, the room is fine.
The hotel is located in the city center, just a few minutes' walk from the subway station. There are many homeless people around, so please be careful.
The hotel staff is very welcoming. The front desk staff speaks English and patiently answers all your questions. The front desk staff also reminds you to be careful with your phone and avoid being robbed.

excellent location, enjoyed a renovated room on 14 th floor with smart tv and good comfort except the fact there is no double pane windows as this can be noisy. breakfast is ok but not incredible , sauna is very poor and cold max 60 c , and swimming pool needs to be renovated ( no bath towels available ! ) staff for the breakfast was ok
What I liked:
• Staff was friendly.
• Room is large.
• Breakfast was served at a nice indoor terrace. I liked the watermelon, papaya, pineapple, yogurt, and avocado milk.
Disliked:
• customer service. Unfortunately there was construction going on outside which lasted well past midnight. I understand that’s not the hotels fault but they should have switched my room to the other side of building...
The room facilities were very old, and the room always had that worn-out smell. Water from the shower in my room flowed out of the bathroom and then seeped through the bathroom wall into the doorway; the drainage was terrible.
The hotel's location is very convenient, just one block from the main street and close to the art museum, a 10-minute walk away. There are bus stops and a metro station within a 10-minute walk.
The rooms are spacious, clean, and the breakfast is very generous. Portuguese is required at the front desk.
A reasonably priced hotel in a very central location, easy to reach with public services and Uber. The surrounding area is walkable and full of restaurants and services. The internal restaurant allows you to eat without even leaving the premises. My room provided a real working area. There is a small rooftop swimming pool, enough to relax.
Recommended accommodation in an excellent location.

Nice hotel with perfect breakfast
The hotel's location is decent, not far from the airport.
Very well located and delicious breakfast 😇
They gave me a room with dump and smell mold, windows not opening in the hotel so refuse to live there. A nice lobby office worker gave me the same room without moldy air on the differently floor.
Booked on Thursday, half board included. The hotel is a bit old, but clean, with free drinking water. It changed my impression of Brazilian hotels being stingy. I will consider staying here next time.
It is good enough.

centrally located near metro, tourist spots and a lot of restaurants
The hotel is OK and relatively quiet. The breakfast is rich and the service is OK, but the front desk doesn't speak English. The surrounding area is in a chaotic city and the public security is not very good.
I've stayed here multiple times. The hotel is about 40 minutes from the international airport, 20 minutes from the bus station, and close to the subway station. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, including a small park, but the surrounding area seems a bit unsafe.
The only problem is that I've always booked a one-bedroom room, but the hotel has given me a three-bedroom room twice.
Service, location, breakfast, and cleanliness were all wonderful.
The security at the hotel entrance was sensational and deserves praise.
However, the only thing that was lacking was the air conditioning in the room, which wasn't working.
The hotel is quite old, the room is quite big, and there is a big balcony, but it is a bit noisy facing the street, and there is almost nothing to eat for breakfast. The most important thing I want to complain about is that the room card is plug-in, and you have to rely on luck to open the door.
After checking in, a hotel review can be based on the following aspects:
1. Room Environment: This includes the room's cleanliness, comfort, lighting, ventilation, and whether the room's amenities are complete and functioning properly.
2. Service Quality: This includes the front desk, room service, food and beverage services, security measures, and the staff's service attitude and professionalism...

I only stayed one night to meet work demands. I had a full day conference in the hotel auditorium and it was very practical to work and stay in the same place. Thank you very much!

Beautiful hotel. Well-maintained. The breakfast selection could be more extensive. However, the quality is very good.
The room is nice, but the soundproofing is not good. There are many restaurants nearby. It is also close to the subway and very convenient to nearby shopping malls. The breakfast is also good. If you stay for a long time, the breakfast is a bit monotonous

Very wide room
A good hotel, conveniently located near the city's transport hub and various restaurants.
The hotel felt more like an apartment. Personally, I felt the soundproofing in the rooms was mediocre; the doors weren't completely sealed. The hotel breakfast was good, but the bacon was quite salty, likely due to the local preference for strong flavors. Also, the breakfast selection was rather limited, and it became monotonous after a while, with a slightly ***** smell.

I always want to stay at this hotel when I come to São Paulo, but this time I didn't book in advance and there were no rooms available, so I can only stay for 2 days.
I booked this hotel for a business trip. It's very close to the shopping center on Paulista Avenue and within walking distance of the subway station. The hotel facilities are up to the standard of a three-star hotel in China. The front desk service was good, but my room wasn't cleaned one day during my stay of several days. Also, the breakfast selection was the same every day!
Excellent stay! Great for a weekend. Safe area too, breakfast was nice, good selection. Nice big room, bed is super comfy too. TV wasn’t to great, remote wasn’t working too well and very few of the channels worked. Tried to use the Gym and the treadmills and multi gym function wasn’t working/broken. Treadmill is actually pretty dangerous 😂 maintenance there for sure.

A hotel with basic amenities, including a comfortable bed, air conditioning, and clean bathrooms with a pleasant shower. I stayed as a family, with a separate suite. The breakfast was extensive and varied. We had an excellent stay. We received special attention from Mr. Léo at breakfast.
Spacious double room with a large bathroom and a large, comfortable bed. The facilities are dated but functional. The reception is excellent and the breakfast is excellent. It's worth it.
Internet is really bad, especially on the tenth floor!
Cleanliness needs to improve a lot!
Breakfast at the table is a daily occurrence!
The internet was slow, but I was able to connect thanks to the corp wifi.
Wifi is important for foreign travelers, so if the website says it is available, it should be provided properly.
If it isn't, it's a scam. It's just as bad as photo fraud. So I'm writing this in Japanese so that Japanese people can understand it properly.

It was my second stay in this hotel in 2025. The facility of the hotel is aging, however the hospitality of the staff totally made up for it. Throughout my stay I felt I was warmly welcomed and nicely treated, all my requests were satisfied.
I will definitely stay at the same hotel when I return to Sao Paulo in 2026
Th location is good and reception staff were friendly but the hotel is very dated and in desperate need of renovation. The breakfast also needs improvement not in variety but quality of food. This is a decent place to stay if you’re not expecting any frills. The bed linens and towels were a bit worn, and amenities were nearly nonexistent—just a bar of soap. On the plus side, the rooms were quite spacious. However, considering the limited comforts and lack of amenities, the price felt a bit steep for the overall experience.
