Recently refurbished but badly, i couldn't keep my windows closed because lock was not there at all. No one speaks English at all. Good wi-fi, pretty standard breakfast, derty pool on the rooftop, open 24\7. Very nice location in one of the safe neighborhoods of Sao Paulo.

I was there for just a few minutes. Great environment, great service. The new installations definitely enhanced the experience.

The Merak Hotel is excellent. There are staff at the front desk for 24 hours, there are 8 floors and I stayed on the second floor, room 21. It was a triple room, overlooking street, refrigerator and a large bathroom. Breakfast is served from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m.

Place was great! Clean, quiet and safe. Yes, the tv was tricky, but once they showed me how to get the channels, everything was better. Breakfast was complete and the service was very accommodating. The irony was that I didn't speak Portuguese!

This experience of staying at the hotel for the first time for the parade was very good. I really enjoyed it, congratulations, super top service.

The location is very good, very close to the Samba School! Very convenient for watching performances. Check-in is possible at 11 o'clock, breakfast is quite rich, there are many people staying, the soundproofing is a bit poor, but it is very quiet at night.

The service is warm, considerate and patient. The problem is solved quickly. The location is a bit remote, but Ibis is pretty good. The sound insulation is a bit poor. Overall it is okay. Highly recommended.

Well located. However, the furniture is old, you can hear all the noise from the hallway and other apartments at night, and the quality of the coffee leaves something to be desired.

A good hotel located near the main street. The rooms are clean, the service is fast, and the breakfasts are delicious.

The front desk staff didn't speak English, which made check-in difficult, but the service was good overall.

The suite was spacious, and the staff were proactive in resolving issues, but the room facilities were basic and the bathroom fixtures were outdated. The location was good and relatively safe.

Good location in a safe area with lots of dining options nearby. Nice breakfast was served at the Lebanese restaurant next door. The room only has one electrical outlet, making it somewhat inconvenient to charge electronic devices. Insufficient staff at the front desk in the evening, so may have to wait quite a long time.

I was expecting better service from them, when I arrived the first day, the hotel staff did not speak any English, I have to converse with them with my bad Portuguese. Some of the staff were ok but one really looked very unwelcoming, and I felt I'm accommodating the staff rather they're serving me. The bathroom handles are broken, when it's raining the floor is leaking water.

Room was comfortable, always clean. Great amenities. Breakfast was great and tasty. Looking forward to our next visit.

Room was comfortable and always cleaned. Towels and toiletries were provided daily. Staff was always available and willing to assist. Great air conditioner. Breakfast very nice as well.

The staff were very friendly, and the apartment was very good. The phone to reception didn't work, and there were no instructions for the TV and cable TV.

I like the hotel and highly recommend it. It's perfect for small families. Very well located. The staff's hospitality makes me feel happy, like I'm at home.

Lack of privacy The only relevant complaint would be regarding the bathroom and kitchen windows; the transparent glass offers no privacy whatsoever. You can see someone showering and the neighbors can look in. A simple frosted film would solve this.

Some of hotel's staff might miss communiate with the tour owner and might tell you a wrong time when you book tours at the hotel. Have to check with the tour owner again, otherwise you might miss the tour like me.

Excellent option Extremely clean hotel, excellent breakfast, and super friendly and attentive kitchen staff. Free parking is a plus. For those who are going sightseeing, like us, it's worth it because the street isn't closed like it is on Sundays, and you can walk around freely. The location is excellent. Pillows could be improved.

Great stay Fair for the price. Room and bathroom are new and clean, great location, and free parking is a plus for this area. Breakfast is very complete for a 2-star hotel. The only downside is the box spring bed, which isn't very comfortable. Otherwise, I highly recommend it.

Matiz Manhattan hotel is the best stay options in Jardins. It's a great value for the price, and the location is perfect.

Good location in SaoPaulo, close to many restaurants. Hotel misses a bar, so you need to go out for a drink, nevertheless I enjoyed my stay. WiFi network needs a big upgrade/update. WiFi was unfortunately not as hoped

Good place to stay in the hearth of São Paulo. Good service, the only drawback is that they don't provide the breakfast/lunch/dinner.

Beautiful place,nice and cozy room, great breakfast, awesome stuff, stunning view from roof top.

When I arrived, the room assigned for me hadn't been cleaned before the last guest. The staff apologized and give me another room though.

The rooms are massive, and clean, with everything you could need, iron & ironing board, hairdryer, ac, tv, spare towels and spare blanket. The breakfast buffet although not massively equipped, fresh and very tasty. Only downside was that the key card kept stopping to work for me every time I left the hotel room. For the price great vallue!

The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, the staffs ( from reception, dining, housekeeping) are all very nice, friendly, helpful even though some can not speak English, I was very happy with my stay.

The hotel is a bit old; the air conditioning was a little noisy, but the service was decent.

The pool and gym areas were really run down. Nothing like the pictures for sure! Not a space to hang out and relax. The breakfast is fine, but there is no espresso machine the guests can self-serve which is absurd. Even cheaper hotels have a nespresso machine for guests, available at least during breakfast. There is a bar where you can order coffee outside of breakfast but most times they can’t run...

Very beautiful suite, I really enjoyed visiting it, excellent service, I felt very well received and had great moments a few times at this motel. It will always be an option. Good cleaning and great structure and decoration of the rooms. Super charming.

The suite where my wife and I stayed (Lush Splash) was extremely clean, organized, and functional, not to mention the tasteful decor. I recommend it to anyone looking to escape the routine in a cozy and private place.

Unlike other motels, this one doesn't try to offer more for less; it's extremely clean, has an exceptional structure, and the service is incredibly kind and heartfelt—better than any on Ricardo Jafet Avenue, etc. I'd return without hesitation.

How to explain? The place was amazing. Super clean, smelled great, it had the atmosphere of an nice place, me and the wife needed a break. It was expensive but worth it. Just the coffee machine didn't work but it's ok.

They have awesome room design and all workout very well. The app of the motel controls all the functionalitys of the room and all the employees are discreet. Maybe they need some service to stream your media on TV (Chromecast for example), but is just that.
