I had 3 single beds in my room no double bed.

The hotel is well-located, although the surrounding area has some homeless people. However, I personally love downtown, so it wasn't an issue for me. The receptionists and valets were fantastic, very polite and helpful. Areas for improvement: Breakfast: Modest, with a variety of fruits and cakes, but I believe the quality of the products could be improved. Room: The air conditioning is a bit noisy...

I stayed with my family. The location near the city center was very convenient for getting around, and it was great to have supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The interior was clean, and the breakfast was decent too.

I recently stayed at Pergamon Hotel and couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience. Check-in was smooth, and I was quickly settled into a spacious an clean room. The bed was comfortable enough for a restful night's sleep. The bathroom was spotless, with a great shower and amenities. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, from fresh fruits, local pastries, cheeses, cold cuts...

The hotel is great, well located, clean and the staff are helpful.

As always, the service was top-notch. However, the bathroom amenities were a bit lacking last time. My room wasn't dusted.

Thanks to the hospitality of the hotel staff, from check in to day-to-day operations, they made me feel I was welcomed back the 4th time. The whole stay was pleasant, with the high floor and the view I wanted, and the house keeping was always miraculous, no mater how late I left the room. Will stay here next time I come back to Sao Paulo for sure!

We spent 6 nights here in a span of 10 days. Extremely accommodating hosts. We were able to check in early, they agreed to store our luggage after check out. Location was also perfect for our itinerary.

It is a lovely hotel with friendly staff. However, the rooms are not soundproofed. Noise from housekeeping in the corridor, as well as conversations and intimate activity from neighbouring or upstairs rooms, can be clearly heard.

I rated honestly - I came here for the low price and got exactly what I expected. But - it was clean, great water pressure in the shower. The area is pretty sketchy, especially at night, lots of homeless and “drogas”. But if you’re on a tight budget it fits the bill perfectly. Wi- fi in the room supported streaming but was not always consistent

The location is not as bad as further north. There are markets and restaurants very close by. The breakfast was not very good though, I had to wait 20 minutes just for more eggs to come out. And the breakfast room is crowded and hot. But the room was very comfortable and I regretted changing hotels after 2 nights.

I would go again Overall pleasant stay. Pros: good AC, good location, refrigerator, comfortable and clean. Cons: Internet was spotty, very tiny TV with only a few channels, breakfast not so good but it is free/included.

I stay here because of its convenient location relative to where I need to do business. An excellent find, though, as not expensive and has all the basic services. This was my second visit this year. Staff are always helpful.

A normal hotel is very cheap. The bed linen is not white but some kind of blue. The room is very small. For this price it will do for one. The area in the area seems unsafe.

This is a 4 star hotel and is offered at the same price as if it's in Europe or US.... but it's very old and it shows, bath has mold and it's not kept clean, breakfast is ok but the coffee machine broke and they didn't offer an alternative although they have a professional espresso machine

Bad hotel for what it offers. Regular location. Facilities very deteriorated, curtains torn. Old moldy pillows, poorly adjusted shower, etc. Check in was slow and time consuming, I had already stayed at the hotel and they had no QQ given, I had to do everything over again. Pretty weak.

Great location, right in the city center. There's also a fantastic bar with live music just around the corner. However, the rooms are quite basic and minimalistic.

It’s was a good stay ! However they need to make sure to have all payments checked and on track ! Even if it’s booking.com! I was requested to double paid my room at my check out as they couldn’t confirm my payment with booking .com even when I showed them my bank statement. That affect the whole experience. This is my second time in this hotel, and I don't believe there will be a third. My first time was fantastic. The room was very good, and they promised me next time since I work to a big company the upgrade will be automatic. They had a fantastic shampoo and soap that I did not have to bring it from home. This time of course the upgrade was not automatic and not possible for (insert BS reason here...

It cannot be compared with domestic five-star hotels, it is similar to domestic budget hotels. The only plus point is that there is a juicer for breakfast, and you can make juice by yourself.

The room was pretty basic, with with white IKEA furniture (happily not beds though! :)) ) and as we were close to the huge Avenida Paulista we had - from the 8th floor - a Panama City the sight of the neighborhood (see added photo) We were happy with the breakfast and the breakfast dinning room. We had no time to use the pool but I do remember it was a rather tiny one.

Hotel well located and very comfortable! Need to improve service. I had a problem with my reservation and it took them a long time to resolve it. According to the hotel's standard, this type of problem should be resolved more quickly. But I will return and I recommend it!

The Gran Corona is an old hotel, with good service. The room I stayed in is a little noisy due to the construction work nearby, the windows do not have double glazing. The air conditioning is old and makes much more noise than a split unit. It has good value for money and a good location.

Breakfast was disappointing, even though everyone was aware of the pandemic restrictions. However, it's excellent value for money, especially for ALL members. Employees Maike and Morgana make everything run faster and more efficiently. They are clear examples of why it's worthwhile for companies to invest in training their teams.

The room was quite big and had a small kitchen. They let me check in early, check out late, and gave me a free morning on the day of check-in, which made me feel embarrassed to say that it was not good. The sound of the microwave was louder than a tractor, but I tolerated it. But the odor in the bathroom was really unbearable.

Great location - easy and safe walking to lots of great places (craft beer, restaurants, cafes, bakeries, even a kids cafe with a play area). The room is not soundproof and there is a lot of sound that makes it hard to sleep. The room smelled really good, all the amenities were clean and new. Breakfast was good, but room service didn’t have many options.

It was my very first time at Blue Tree Hotel Paulista, and what a gem of a hotel! From the efficient check-in/check-out process, each moment was delightful. What I want to complain about the most is the elevator and room card. You have to swipe the card first, then press the floor and then press confirm. I woke up at 7:30 on Sunday to the cleaning ladies talking super loudly in the hallway! They were there for almost half an hour, banging on doors and chatting!! I almost went out to ask for silence, but I thought it best not to stress myself out. I'm just not going back!!
