Good value for money, questionable clealiness and service
+Good location, close to the slopes. 15 mins walking from SanSki rental (next to Iglika slope), where we used ski rental and wardrobe.
+Situated in the forest with nice winter view.
+Spacious room (double room).
+There is a mini bathtub, which is a nice extra to relax after skiing (in case it's well cleaned).
- Rude staff reception+manager
- Make sure to get in written Hotel's policy about children accommodation before arrival, to avoid unexpected extra costs and unpleasant arguments.
- Questionable clealiness, hair on the floor, spider webs on the curtains.

Very good hotel. Great location 5 min walk from centre which is great as it's nice and quiet

Terrible. Shower leaked, no soap, one big towel one small towel for a couple, fridge didn't work in room and the food was horrendous. Sells as a half board hotel but no body ate there all week apart from ourselves trying it once then again a few days later and it was the same both times, empty and terrible. Don't think your not eating out if you stay here.

Fabulous Hotel. Manager a proper gentleman. Goes Out of his way to assist you. Made most welcome. Defiantly return.

Picture postcard villas about 300m from main lifts. Good for families or 6 people sharing. Very nice helpful host. Good food in the restaurant and much cheaper than cafes nearer the lifts.
