Sunrise Blue Magic Resort - All Inclusive in Obzor

Where do I even start? The value i guess was fair but i would not pay to come back even if someone paid me to. Checking into the hotel took a little while and when we eventually got to our room, it was disappointing, the toilet was hidden behind the door as you enter and it was not even straight and the bathroom had a stench that was unbearable. The floor was dirty and the soap would not get refilled by the cleaners. Speaking of the cleaners, they did not clean anything, instead they would tidy the bed, replace the bins and add toilet paper. The bed sheets would not get replaced neither would the pillow sheets. Late at night, there would constantly be people running through the corridors and shouting considering there was a so called "no shouting policy" that was not followed at all. Furthermore, our so called "balcony" was a view of the first floor looking into a seating area. Now the food, it was constantly the same meals every single day, and the fruits would not even get replaced to remain fresh to the point they started changing colour. Although some of the food was nice, it caused often stomach aches which led me to sit on my left leaning toilet. On the website, it claims that there are "activities" for children, however when we asked, we were told to buy cards, equipment or go run around on the grass. There were a variety of pools for all age groups however, the main pool was absolutely freezing like it was a cold plunge, surprisingly the beach had warmer wated. Although there were a lot of negatives, there were entertaining late night shows with a variety of performances and the beach was right by the hotel.
