AluaSun Helios Beach - All Inclusive in Obzor

We stayed here for 10 days it was ok until the kids football team arrived and was running riot pushing in at the restaurant banging on doors at stupid o’clock the pool was good and the bar man was really friendly his name was valintine (not sure how you spell it)

Surrounded by beach, sea and Sun. Sea views while breakfast lunch or dining.

A few steps from the hotel looks into a lovely sea view. Suitable for sunbathing, swimming and lifeguards on duty. Children making sandcastles and friends playing in the waves.

Room provided all I needed and cleaned regularly. Bathrooms may need a bit updating with hardware and fixtures.

Room twin beds very large room, plenty of storage and a large balcony with table and chairs.

I had a really good relaxing mud and foam full body massage at the hotel close by booked by Reception.

A traveller on my own, all staff have been friendly and helpful and checked on me when I needed a little help with something.

All in all a good experience and feel I chose well for the inclusive price.

Lovely late summer break we knew it would be end of season and things would be closing but weather was great. Obzor is quite a small town and not a lot to do but the hotel was nice everything you need room B206 was perfectly located with a fantastic sea view well appointed and very clean. All inclusive was great excellent food and drink all staff were brilliant. Only faults were no comfortable seating in entertainment room sunbeds were quite uncomfortable and too low for us oldies but plenty of them. Overall a nice hotel and we will be returning ☺️

We arrived in the early hours of the 9th September the guy on reception was very nice and very helpful in booking us in and helping me carry our cases to our room as we was on the first floor and there’s no lifts in the hotel. The hotel is very nice the rooms are good and the place is spotless the staff are very nice and friendly the food is really good and very hot compared to most buffet meals you get there is a very good selection. The professional entertainment is excellent there own entertainment is ok the entertainment room could do with being bigger are there are supporting post block some views from some tables it has a nice sized pool with swim up bar and your right on the beach. For me they need a bigger and better lounge area . But then on Friday 19 th three young football teams came to stay for the weekend as they was playing in a competition over the weekend well they was so badly behaved everyone was complaining to the hotel they was running riot in the dinning room everyone was shouting at the them while the staff just stood out of the way the hotel reception did then get the team coaches in to try and sort it out this worked with the two younger teams but the older ones just kept being rude and unruly and generally being anti social this lead me having words with there head coach as he was not respectful. But up to this point we have a fabulous holiday the only thing bad at this point was jet2 putting our flights back by 10 hours which is not good cos it ment us getting to the hotel in the early hours rather than the afternoon and we didn’t get home till 3.30 am which isn’t good and we was delayed at the airport by an hour which the airport isn’t really big enough if more than one flight is delayed there was 2 more which made it very cramped.

This place has all the important stuff right. Location is perfect, right on the beach and the pretty town of Obzor just across the road. All areas of the hotel are kept very clean, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The sofas in the lobby area need a good clean though. Food is excellent, we went all inclusive and for the price you really can’t knock it, there’s plenty of choice and it’s piping hot and tasty. Also the staff are lovely, polite and helpful. Entertainment is hit and miss, the professional entertainers are very good, the rest of it is amateurish. The hotel really needs two things, a relaxing bar lounge and a designated smoking area rather than just “anywhere outside”, sometimes you can’t get away from the stink of cigarette smoke. The end of our holiday was nearly spoiled by a badly behaved group of local schoolboys who had come for a football tournament, they ran riot around the hotel completely unsupervised. Eventually when enough guests complained they were brought to heel but the hotel should have rules around this kind of booking. Speaking of rules the hotel has many, things like not taking food away from the restaurants etc, but they don’t bother to enforce them! Overall we did have a lovely holiday though, it’s just a couple of niggles that need addressing.

This hotel has got all the important stuff right. The beachside location is fabulous. The entire hotel is spotlessly clean and tidy. The food is excellent, plenty of choice and if you don’t like it, you’re either extremely fussy or unrealistic, it’s piping hot, tasty and good quality. The staff are wonderful, polite and helpful. Our room was spacious and comfortable and, like everywhere else, very clean. Entertainment is fine, they try very hard to please everyone. Just a couple of minor things that need addressing… it’s really expensive to rent the room safe. £45 for a fortnight is ridiculous! Also the hotel could re-jig the ground floor to provide a nice relaxing bar lounge which it doesn’t have currently. Other than this, we liked everything including the pretty town of Obzor which like the hotel is kept scrupulously clean and tidy. We’d be happy to return!

I liked everything about the hotel, facilities, food and the fact that the hotel and its terraces are basically on the beach. The pool, bar, entertainment, and the very well organized schedule make a great vacation for families (especially with kids). The town is clean and a very nice place to take a walk or why not the horse carriage (Prince Harry is charming). Great value for the money spent.

The hotel never sleeps but we slept so well in the beds and it was so quiet.
The entertainment staff are incredibly kind and fun. Ruby our daughter enjoyed kids club.

When the water ran cold in the shower one night we received champagne for compliments from the manager.

Great experience! Delicious food and drinks as much as you want and whenever you want during the day. The view from the terrace was great. All the staff were kind, especially the girls and boys from the kids club were great. Most of them speak English and they were very helpful for whatever you need. Special thanks for the birthday present 😊

Everything was perfect! Very kind and smiling staff . The room was cleaned daily & towels were changed every 2 days. Diversified food , you had a lot of options to choose from , for dessert there were quite a lot of cakes changing every day the type , fruits were also. Swimming pool very ok exactly as in the description , the towels for it changed every day . Very pleased and the activities of the pool well defined purpose being the entertainment of tourists . Every evening there were activities carried out by the animation team for children and adults , a very nice atmosphere ! I highly recommend the location for an exceptional holiday!
