⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An unforgettable family holiday at Reina del Mar!

We spent our summer holidays at Reina del Mar at the end of August - beginning of September, as a family of three with our 3.5-year-old daughter — and we were absolutely impressed from start to finish!

The hospitality and genuine care from the entire team made our holiday truly special. Every single request was handled with such attention and kindness, and it was clear that guest comfort is a real priority here.

We loved the variety of pools — several heated outdoor ones and a lovely indoor pool — perfect for families with little kids. The food was another highlight: so much diversity across the restaurants, and our happy place quickly became the snack bar at lunchtime. The Turkish dishes there were delicious, and we must give a special mention to Hamza, the incredibly welcoming waiter who always greeted us with a big smile and made us feel right at home.

The children’s activities were varied and engaging, and the animators were fantastic — so warm, patient, and fun. We especially want to thank Ani and Ivi, who were always kind and inclusive, and even spoke a bit of Romanian, which our daughter loved!

Evenings were full of energy and entertainment, with talented performers and a great atmosphere. We’ll never forget Ozan, the amazing skater waiter who not only makes delicious cocktails but also wows everyone with his skating tricks — such a unique touch!

We’d also like to thank Krasi at the reception for her constant kindness and helpfulness, and Luboslav, the bellboy who greeted us with such warmth upon arrival — our first impression of the hotel could not have been better.

We wholeheartedly recommend Reina del Mar to anyone looking for a relaxing, fun, and family-friendly holiday by the sea. A huge thank-you to the whole team for making our stay so memorable — we can’t wait to come back next year!

So far, the room is wonderful! I am like a movie! Exceptional bathroom, shampoos and shower gels as much as you want, generous beds, big TV and soft carpet! The food was very good! One of the waiters, Yogi, was very nice, funny and kind! The amazing show, the super fitness room, the fancy hotel layout and the pool, the beach were wonderful!! The stuff is polite, smiling and always helpful! I love Reina del Mar and I can't wait to come again!! ❤️❤️❤️

he hotel itself is beautiful, the atmosphere relaxing, and the staff very welcoming. A special mention goes to Nicky, who helped us with our luggage—he was extremely kind, attentive, and left us with such a positive impression from the very beginning of our stay.

The only area where I feel there’s room for improvement is in the restaurant. While the food selection and taste were great, the cleaning of the plates could be more consistent, as sometimes they weren’t perfectly spotless. It’s a small detail, but in a place of such high standards, it makes a difference.

Overall, we enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend the hotel. With just a bit more attention to this detail, it would be flawless.

I had a very positive experience at Reina Del Mar. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the food is varied and tasty, and the bar offers a wide selection of drinks. The reception staff are quick and polite, always ready to help.
I especially want to highlight the beach — when I came early in the morning to reserve sunbeds, I always noticed how the staff carefully clean the sunbeds and tables. The beach is clean with a convenient entrance to the sea, which makes the stay very comfortable.
The hotel’s pool is also large and well-maintained, with a children’s area and a poolside bar. It’s a great place to relax and enjoy a pleasant atmosphere.
Overall, my stay at Reina Del Mar was very comfortable, and I would gladly recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful vacation and would definitely come back again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The hotel offers excellent conditions for relaxation – the private Laguna Villa was a real gem. Spacious, stylish, and thoughtfully furnished, with exceptional cleanliness and top-level comfort. It provides the perfect mix of privacy and luxury, ideal for a peaceful and enjoyable holiday. The food was varied and delicious, with a wide selection at every meal to suit both adults and children. No matter which restaurant we visited – the main buffet or the à la carte options – the staff always asked how we were doing and whether everything was okay, which made us feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of. The children's animation was fantastic – engaging, energetic, and full of fun activities throughout the day. The pools were clean, well-maintained, and pleasantly warm, making them suitable for all ages. The entire resort is beautifully maintained, spacious, and offers a great atmosphere for both relaxation and entertainment. The team was friendly, professional, and always smiling. Thank you for a lovely stay – we highly recommend it!

I came back in this hotel already 2 times and I just love it. All the workers are nice and polite . From the restaurant manager Maria Raicheva I am very pleased for her help and professionalism. Aurelia from the entertainment team is a big bonus for all the romanian people which are coming here, especially for many times Also Dj Veso is the best, last year I remember him from darts . My son Robert is very happy with beautiful ladies from Miniclub : Ani and Ivi. Also the boys : Boyan and Roman which my bigger kids played with are absolutely amazing. At the pool bar I want to say thanks for the Skater Ozan who makes great cocktails . Also a nice lady Tsveti with red hair is so cute and always smiling. Just about missis Dischkova which we know her, didn't expect to be so rude with us at the reception and also to the workers in front of us . In general hotel is amazing and we would like to come back next summer or in winter for Christmas if it is open.

A Dream Vacation at HVD Reina del Mar – Everything Was Outstanding!

We spent a wonderful 7-day vacation at HVD Reina del Mar with our family (2 adults and 2 children), and I can honestly say it’s one of the best resorts we’ve ever stayed at – definitely in the TOP 3 in Bulgaria!

Everything was flawless from check-in to check-out. The staff is incredibly friendly – everyone smiles and makes you feel truly welcome. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and if your budget allows, the apartments are absolutely stunning – ultra spacious and extremely comfortable.

The food was another highlight: delicious, varied, and available across 4 restaurants – the main one and three themed ones: Italian, Turkish, and Mediterranean. Each had its own culinary delights that made the all-inclusive experience even more enjoyable.

The pool area is impressive – 5 or 6 outdoor pools, at least 3 of which are for children, plus an indoor pool that’s perfect for relaxation. The kids had a great time, and we appreciated the comfort and peaceful atmosphere.

The only thing I would improve is the beach setup – the metal umbrellas with fabric covers and the sunbeds were a bit too close together, offering less privacy. Still, this is a minor detail compared to the overall experience.

The hotel was amazing, the stuff was excellent,the skaters are the best of the best, we just admired their hard work. We loved the show : Circus on Ice with the ice skaters,clowns, acrobats,lights Show- absolutely amazing 👏 We also enjoyed the Beach Party and we want to say thank you to the artists from Fire Show 🔥 🔥 🔥 Especially :we like the Entertainment Team and the leader AURELIA was marvelous. She made our vacation perfect. We will come back again and recommend to our friends this hotel 🧡

Best resort on the Bulgarian’s Black Sea side. The food, the rooms and the beach are on another level. They have lots of facilities you can enjoy(pools, bars, playground for kids, green spaces, etc.) We had a good time with the entertainment team especially with Ani,Aurelia,Viki,Roman,Plamen. Hope to come back next summer.
