Sunrise All Suites Resort - All Inclusive in Obzor

The hotel is far more basic than in the photos. Hotel room was pleasant enough, view not too bad over the countryside (we had opposite view from beach side). Bathroom very dated. Had a good array of food options and even had non dairy milk when I asked (it’s an intolerance) which I was very happy about. Staff were nice, although they can be strict with what you are wearing at meal times. I came to lunch in gym shorts and tshirt and they didn’t like that. Beach was the best bit, we got super lovely weather with it being around 22 to 24 degrees most days and the beach bar was a big hit with us. Got a great tan and swam in the sea everyday. Cold when you first get it but so lovely after a minute. The gym at the hotel was extremely basic with not much to use or things broken and you had to get a key fob if you wanted to use it every time, so we walked into Obzor and found a fantastic basic but well equipped local gym there to use pay as you go which was very cheap. Overall, very relaxing break with great weather and meals not bad. Not much to do other than that so if I went again we would book a couple excursions

The rooms are not as they are advertised. We booked a seaside room but they offered us a room on the side of the sea but with No sea view. They tried to argue it but after We spoke with the agency they gave us a New room (after they said they don’t have any more rooms). They need to work on them and update them. The cleaning could be done a bit better.
The lift is pretty old.
The staff is friendly but stiff. The surroundings need more care as well, especially the lake and the path that leads to the sea.

The swimming pools have very cold water, not suitable for small kids even on hot days.

The food on the other hand was delicious and varied.
