Expected more. Rooms were dusty and oldish. They have problem with incoming cars in working days. No place for guests' cars All in all I would say a 2 star hotel that needs some renovations.

We arrived in Razlog to find that the apartment we had initially booked did not exist! Thanks to our taxi driver and a few of the locals we found at Hotel Papi - and what a find. Good food and atmosphere, much cheaper than bansko

Friendly service. Clean and spacious rooms. Far more comfortable than I could expect for the very good price. Happy guest. Breakfast was limited with a small buffet though. But cannot expect more for 30 lv. room rate with breakfast included.

Starting with most amazing part of the journey: “The food!” as it was incredible. Absolutely everything tasted amazing and the quality of products used is top notch. Animation for kids, the pools and how grouped and easy to reach was amazing. The rooms were clean, the view stunning, and the staff very helpful. Very enjoyable stay during hot summer days.

Perfect venue and amenities, great food. Great view, fresh air and all spa goodies make it a perfect place for a summer or a winter snowy vacation or an stress-free visit 2-3 times a year. The recent renovations made it even more attractive for a summer visits. The food is of great quality and quantity, so keep the calories in check.

It's a lovely hotel. We visited it mainly for the SPA facilities, which are exceptional. The breakfast and dinner are also good - plenty of delicious food for everyone. The rooms are good size with a large bed, but no air conditioner. You can go for a walk in the area or you can visit the Veterans Hut which is around 4 km from the hotel. Highly recommend.

Cold swimming pool and SPA area air temperature was 25 degrees during the winter. Air conditioning system doesn't work- no fresh air and humidity is like 99. Children play zone looks like ghetto.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. The spa center was nice and clean. The gym was surprisingly well-equipped. Decent breakfast options at the buffet. Great stay overall.

It is clean, comfortable, good looking, BUT not well maintained. Some furnitures are dirty, some facilities are broken. It is 3 km away from Bansko and Razlog, near the main road, near a forest and small river.

Our stay in Redenka was very nice. We stayed in a villa, and the conditions in this villa (number 14) were very good. There are 3 bedrooms with a different size, two bathrooms, down and up-with a bathtub. There is a private sauna, but you must pay it per hour. We went to Redenka just before the Christmas holidays with my family and some friends. We were traveling with two babies and a dog, the hotel said they will provide the cribs for the kids. When we arrived the crib was broken, we asked for it to be changed and even though the guy at the reception desk said he will handle it, no one came to fix it until we pressed more firmly. It might be a good place on the past, but now it is an old refurbished hotel complex. The outside pool is not working in the winter. And the mineral water is taken from another place and poured into the pools.

Good hotel overall, I don't have much to complain. Location is 5-8 km near Razlog, distance to Bansko is pretty much the same. During my stay I had only breakfast included, it was OK, nothing fancy. Wonderfully refreshed apartments and pool. The sun was shining and the National Park was breathtaking. The hotel/ apartment was first class and looks great after clear investment. Friendly hosts. The restaurant on site is good but the service can be slow. Rooms can be a little cold in the winder (the heat is not enough). I am not convinced the water in the pool is mineral water. Credit cards accepted. Parking is on the street.

The house looks really good, but the total experience can be assessed highly. The services are not corresponding with the price. Half of the rooms are warm, half are cold (we have booked several rooms), if you split the beds you can see the dust beneath them. The food is good but more expensive compared to similar places in the village. The arrangements we had wasn't entirely kept as of miscommunication...

A great location, good restaurant. The rooms are big, exceptionally well furnished and comfortable. The staff and owners who actually work here, are very nice and helpful. Definitely recommend it.

It's OK for Bulgaria. If you expect trendy and modern place you are wrong here. Quite and very calm during off-season.

Owner Max and son miniMax + some staff are great hosts. Building is a decade+ old and still charming in its way. Exsterior looks great compared to other bulidings located in this city of Banya (5km from Bansko). Interior and the rooms is ok but no fancy details here. Pools are great with hot spring waters. Saunas could have been bigger but was not crowded during out visit. Beers in BG are cheap around...

Really nice place in the heart of the Bulgarian mountains! The spa and mineral swimming pools are very clean and extremely nice for relaxing vacation with family. Suitable for families with little kids. Excellent service, always keen to help you!

The Green Wood hotel is a great place to stay. Me and my husband stayed at the hotel for two nights and everything was brilliant, staff were lovely and professional, the room was very nice, the food was excellent. It was a huge pleasure to be guests of the Green Wood Hotel.

Green Wood is in the process of refreshing the public areas and renewing the existing facilities. In addition, the apartments will be redesigned in a modern style and will be fully equipped with new furniture and electrical appliances. Problems with WI-FI and hot water

Hotel several km from Razlog and Bansko. There is parking just infront of the hotel. Free of charge. There is not even one light on the road to the Hotel for 3-4 km. Spacious rooms but Sofa bed it's far from comfortable. Clean bathroom, towels,spa and pool. Staff is polite. Its quiet, peaceful and with a car it takes 15 min driving to Bansko or Razlog.

I was staying in one of the apartments. Its very spacious. The rooms for two is very small so i recommend paying a little more for a good room. Its in deserted place so you need a car to get around. This city center is 15 min away (with a car). Great place to stay to relax. The pool was amazing and clean.

A big spa hotel with two big swimming pools - one for kids and one for grownups. Parking is an issue since the hotel gets very crowded easily. The food is so-so. If you are looking for a quiet weekend this is not your place. It's mostly suitable for families with small kids.

There is also a FREE shuttle bus service which runs constantly throughout the day...

Stayed there for a company event. Rooms were very nice decorated and clean. Restaurant is well organized and the food is tasty. Very nice and flexible personnel. The hotel manager was always there when we needed her. The hotel has spacious parking outside and indoor underground parking.
