The hotel is around three hours from the airport and approximately 20 minutes from the gondola. There is a shuttle service; however, it only runs twice in the morning and twice again in the late afternoon, with nothing in between. In February, most local shops are closed, although there are still a few restaurants and mini marts open nearby. The hotel and room: Our room is warm, the beds are very comfortable, and the shower is phenomenal. It is true that the kitchen setup is extremely basic. You are provided with glasses and cups, a cooker, and a fridge, but there is no kettle, no pans, no cutlery, no plates, and no washing up equipment. There are also no complimentary refreshments. That said, if you ask at reception, they are happy to provide what you need. We requested a kettle along with plates and cutlery for ourselves, and the staff member was very accommodating and asked what else we required. I am confident that cooking and washing up equipment could also be provided if requested. The bathroom includes shampoo, soap, and shower gel, but there are no vanity kits or conditioner. Breakfast: Breakfast is not buffet style. It consists of cooked options or muesli from a set menu. It was fine, but nothing particularly special. Tea and coffee: Black tea and instant coffee are non existent. Only herbal teas are available, and coffee is from a machine in the restaurant. I would recommend bringing sachet drinks from home for your room or be prepared to purchase them locally. Spa and pool: The swimming pool is acceptable but does feel in need of updating and could be a little warmer. Only one sauna was working during our stay. We have not yet booked any spa treatments, but we likely will. Staff and service: Overall, the hotel is very good. The staff are helpful and responsive. We had a few minor issues: only three pillows between two of us, one pillow missing a cover, and a shower door coming off its runners. All issues were reported and dealt with quickly. We will provide a full review at the end of our stay.

We rented a apartment privately but did stay in the hotel for 1 night in a studio which was ok, however no kettle cups ir anything like that, we had breakfastthat 1st morning and it aas ok just not to my kids taste as they are fussy eaters, Pool is lovely only thing I could possibly fault is no outside toilets by the pool so a bit of a pain with a 3 year old so had to take her in and out to the one by reception alot other than that fantastic we will visit again privately

A wonderful location for a perfect holiday! 🌟 The staff are exceptionally friendly and make you feel right at home. The swimming pool, wellness center, and gym are definite highlights and add to the overall experience! 🏊‍♀️🧖‍♂️💪 One of the best surprises was the massage service—absolutely amazing! 💆‍♀️💆‍♂️ If you’re looking to unwind, booking a massage here is a must. For an additional fee, you can enjoy the on-site restaurant, and there’s also the convenience of doing laundry with access to a dryer. 🧺 A shuttle bus runs daily to and from the ski area, making it easy to hit the slopes. 🎿 The surrounding area is perfect for a nice walk, and for small essentials, there’s a mini-market on-site. Larger supermarkets are just a 5-minute drive away, offering everything you might need. 🛒 All in all, it was a fantastic stay, and I’m already looking forward to coming back! 🌿✨

WORST HOTEL EVER! I am still here while writing this review. Me and my friends came to Bansko for skiing, and this Hotel is ruining our trip. 1. First of all, they added their address near the Gondola, so they attract customers, but they are placed 12km far from the Gondola. 2. We reserved two rooms, for 5 persons, but when we came they prepared us one single room, which was okay, but one of the beds is terrible, you cannot sleep on it. We asked to change the bed or make a solution about it, but in their eyes, the bed was okay, anyway they prepared us another room. 3. THEY DON’T HAVE WIFI They provide wifi only on the dinning room, but not for the bedrooms. 4. We are on block K, so we have to walk 5 minutes outside to go to the SPA

It was like I was at home. Small, cozy, tidy.
We lacked absolutely nothing. Extremely clean place.
Dishes, utensils, iron, hairdryer, toaster, kettle, books 📚, cleaning products and accessories.
There were even napkins, sugar, salt, flour, spices.
We were also provided with a playpen for the smallest of the children. And she was covered with beautiful sheets and blankets.
Thanks again for the hospitality!

I have given one less star for the rooms because we expected a little more space. The two single beds are in the common room (dining room + kitchen), separated by a wall.

The location is also one less star because of the view to another complex. The apartment is located on the first floor.

But the area is extremely rich in sights and attractions, so we didn't particularly suffer from a lack of views 😉

Just got back from a 7 night stay. Family of 5 2 adults 3 children (17,15,7). We had a 4th floor 2 bedroom apartment. The views were beautiful and the location was lovely altho you would need car hire as a bit out of nowhere. The apartment was ok bit basic. On arrival we had no kettle, cutlery or cooking equipment. I contacted reception who informed me that they dont leave it in the room it has to be requested (this was not advised on website or booking info) they promptly brought up all we needed tho. Being on the 4th floor we had ceiling that sloped this proved to be challenging in the double bedroom and the bathroom. The double room had ceiling windows the blinds were all broken and one of the blinds had been screwed to the wrong part of the window meaning you couldn’t open it. The bed was a bit unstable headboard broke off (my partner had to screw it back on). Mattress quite hard and uncomfortable. No side lights so you have to switch the main light off before getting into bed which can be fun in the dark lol. The twin room was nice and spacious plenty of room but yet again mattresses quite hard and uncomfortable. Bathroom had toilet bath and over bath shower. However the toilet didnt work (luckily there was a separate toilet) and you couldn’t stand up in the shower due to the slope on the roof. Living area nice and spacious. Sofa bed easy to work altho really uncomfortable and hard to sleep on. It advises WIFI but thats only in the reception lobby not in the rooms. Outside pool was very cold (i dont think it was heated) and floor around the pool was very uneven with some broken slabs and loose cement. PE toy of sun beds altho there was a lot of broken ones. Didn’t use the spa, gym or steam room. Indoor pool was nice and warm, a little small but ok for a handful of people. Only used restaurant for breakfast which was continental with plenty of choice. Staff seemed ok they didnt really talk or interact that much tbh. It seems a nice hotel but we just felt that our room needs a bit of money spent on it to help improve it. I’m not sure if we would stay again
