Very disappointing stay, especially for New Year’s Eve.
Rooms were freezing cold with broken window frames, no proper hot water due to a broken boiler, and a bathroom leaking everywhere. The pool water burns your eyes from too much chlorine.
Food was bad and insufficient, the restaurant was cold and closed at 9 PM (except New Year’s Eve, when it worked until 1 AM only). Terrible music the whole time.
Many small but annoying issues: bad coffee, poorly maintained playroom, locked doors in the evening, forcing guests to climb stairs and go down again. Overall the hotel feels poorly maintained and badly managed.
Not worth the money. Would not recommend.

We had a reservation through Booking for two rooms for two nights, with check-in at 2:00 PM. However, the rooms were not ready at the scheduled time. After considerable complaining, we managed to get the key for one room earlier, while the second room was only made available late in the afternoon.

There was inconsistency in the amenities: one room had bathrobes for the pool, while the other did not, with the explanation that “there were no more available.” In addition, one of the rooms was equipped only with an electric heater, which never worked, leaving the room uncomfortably cold.

On the second day, no housekeeping service was provided at all, and towels were not replaced. The breakfast was extremely poor and certainly not what one would expect from a 4-star hotel.

Overall, the experience did not meet either the advertised standards or the hotel’s 4-star rating.

The hotel staff is very friendly and professional, the rooms are very clean, the food is also good and varied... I highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful stay and I especially thank Maxim the receptionist...

We were several families. We left with good impressions. A hotel with huge potential. Warm rooms, warm pool, helpful staff and a manager who watches over everything and takes care of even the smallest detail. This is impressive.

SCAM!!! This is the worst hotel I have ever been to! I had booked a 4-day holiday with my family which was prepaid. At the time we arrived at the hotel, we wanted to have lunch in the hotel restaurant until our rooms are ready. The food was cold, under quality, you could not even chew it, the waiting time was super long, and the service awful. When we went to the spa area, the area was not heated, the water in the pool was under 20 degrees when it was supposed to be above 35 degrees. Some of the spa facilities were not working! The rooms were cold and dirty. Not even 30 mins after check in, we wanted to leave immediately and requested full refund of the money that we have paid. And they said they will make online transaction for 1000 EURO - we never got our money back. 4 months later we are still waiting!!!! They are LIARS!! The service and hospitality are SUPER BAD! In fact, there is no service and hospitality. The reception and Management team were super rude. Big SCAMMERS!!

The Green Wood hotel is a great place to stay. Me and my husband stayed at the hotel for two nights and everything was brilliant, staff were lovely and professional, the room was very nice, the food was excellent. It was a huge pleasure to be guests of the Green Wood Hotel.

Green Wood is in the process of refreshing the public areas and renewing the existing facilities. In addition, the apartments will be redesigned in a modern style and will be fully equipped with new furniture and electrical appliances. Green Wood will open for reservations soon and will return to host families, teams and organizations. We look forward to welcoming you soon

The place is good! Cosy atmosphere and very responsive personel. The food is not so varied, but good. The bad thing is that there is no airconditions or fans in the rooms and during the summertime is too hot.
