SCAM!!! This is the worst hotel I have ever been to! I had booked a 4-day holiday with my family which was prepaid. At the time we arrived at the hotel, we wanted to have lunch in the hotel restaurant until our rooms are ready. The food was cold, under quality, you could not even chew it, the waiting time was super long, and the service awful. When we went to the spa area, the area was not heated, the water in the pool was under 20 degrees when it was supposed to be above 35 degrees. Some of the spa facilities were not working! The rooms were cold and dirty. Not even 30 mins after check in, we wanted to leave immediately and requested full refund of the money that we have paid. And they said they will make online transaction for 1000 EURO - we never got our money back. 4 months later we are still waiting!!!! They are LIARS!! The service and hospitality are SUPER BAD! In fact, there is no service and hospitality. The reception and Management team were super rude. Big SCAMMERS!!

The Green Wood hotel is a great place to stay. Me and my husband stayed at the hotel for two nights and everything was brilliant, staff were lovely and professional, the room was very nice, the food was excellent. It was a huge pleasure to be guests of the Green Wood Hotel.

Green Wood is in the process of refreshing the public areas and renewing the existing facilities. In addition, the apartments will be redesigned in a modern style and will be fully equipped with new furniture and electrical appliances. Green Wood will open for reservations soon and will return to host families, teams and organizations. We look forward to welcoming you soon

The place is good! Cosy atmosphere and very responsive personel. The food is not so varied, but good. The bad thing is that there is no airconditions or fans in the rooms and during the summertime is too hot.

We went to Bulgaria on vacation and stayed in Green Wood Hotel. It is 6 km away from Bansco. The hotel is very beautiful inside and outside. Our room was pretty big and comfortable with a beautiful view facing the mountains. The food was very delicious and the restaurant service was great. The hotel staff was very courteous and efficient. The manager of the hotel was very helpful as well. The hotel has two swimming pools and saunas that are worth visiting. I highly recommend this hotel for staying all year round. Natalie, Israel

The rooms and the food are ok. The drinks for AI are too low quality. There is no space in the "spa center".
