Extremely disappointing experience. There was no hot water available for a shower. I had to leave the bathroom and go down to reception to report the issue. I was informed that maintenance would be sent to check it, but I have already been waiting for over 20 minutes with no update. We are three people staying in the room, and I was not even able to complete a five-minute shower, even though I went first. The phone lines are constantly busy, and there is not even a telephone in the room to contact reception. This level of service is completely unacceptable

Great location, we had a nice appointment with a stunning view of the Pirin mountain's summit Vihren. Decent breakfast, Swedish table. Little bit slippery around the pool so watch out!

Problems with WI-FI and hot water

No AC in the room + the bathroom was not nice at all.

Cold pool. Only the jacuzzi is with mineral warm water.

We only went for one night after having spent the whole day in the mountains, but the place is such a huge disappointment. The room was outdated, the bathroom was filthy and the shower leaked water all over. On top of that, there was no hot water. We stayed up until the music at the restaurant just underneath stopped.

Hotel several km from Razlog and Bansko. There is parking just infront of the hotel. Free of charge. There is not even one light on the road to the Hotel for 3-4 km. Spacious rooms but Sofa bed it's far from comfortable. Clean bathroom, towels,spa and pool.
Staff is polite.
Its quiet, peaceful and with a car it takes 15 min driving to Bansko or Razlog.

We stayed 7 nights as a four member family, overnighting with breakfast, and we were very satisfied with hotel. Food was really nice, many choices for breakfast, and dinner with a special offer was great. Hotel has a great location and space just in front of it for play, so kids enjoy it. Hygiene at the spa could be better, but we didn’t spend too much time there, so no big deal. And the girl at the reception should be more willing to help, because on almost every our question their answer were - I don’t know ☺️ but whole in whole - we had a great time at hotel and Bansko too…our recommendation!

Cornelia Deluxe Residence welcomed our family with warmth and style. 👌 💯

We were accommodated in a super spacious apartment of 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and balcony, in a luxury complex, which is 10 minutes from the city, in a quiet and very beautiful area, near the mountains. 🔝😍👪

We were most impressed by the restaurant, which was decorated extremely nicely, with many warm lights, fireplace, relaxation area, and even a library, having an intimate air of home. 🏠✨🇧🇬 We really enjoyed our stay there and can't wait to be back again. We definitely recommend this amazing place to anyone who is looking for a memorable experience in Bansko❤️💎
This is one of the top hotels in Bulgaria that made us feel really comfortable and cozy.

We spent here the most beautiful end of year 2023. The weather was perfect, the SPA services were great, the rooms were modern and spacious, the atmosphere from the restaurant was beautiful and the food was delicious too.👌💯
We'll definitely be back in the near future😁🙏

Writing a review or even complaining is something I usually never do but had to here so to keep it short and sweet. the staff in this hotel are the rudest and most ignorant staff we’ve ever had and outright made our trip hell please do not stay here and avoid at all cost. You think you can ignore it and just get on with your holiday but anytime you need to speak to reception which you more then likely will a few times the outright attitude that will come your way will literally leave you baffled as to if what is happening is real
