No AC in the room + the bathroom was not nice at all.

Cold pool. Only the jacuzzi is with mineral warm water.

We only went for one night after having spent the whole day in the mountains, but the place is such a huge disappointment. The room was outdated, the bathroom was filthy and the shower leaked water all over. On top of that, there was no hot water. We stayed up until the music at the restaurant just underneath stopped.

Writing a review or even complaining is something I usually never do but had to here so to keep it short and sweet. the staff in this hotel are the rudest and most ignorant staff we’ve ever had and outright made our trip hell please do not stay here and avoid at all cost. You think you can ignore it and just get on with your holiday but anytime you need to speak to reception which you more then likely will a few times the outright attitude that will come your way will literally leave you baffled as to if what is happening is real

One of the worst hotels I stayed in till now.
The room was full of dust, and the bath tub was very dirty. The only heating system in the room was the air conditioning, which is not very efficient, especially in the winter, and the floor was cold like the ice. If you open the fridge you will find out that the smell is not very pleasant, and you can feel it even in the bathroom.
Between the door and the floor is a very small space, and you can hear EVERYTHING from the outside.
The pool is very dirty, I dont think they clean it.
The jacuzzi was one of the worst and dirtiest i have seen till now. I do not recommend to go in.
The dry sauna was the only nice thing about the spa, although there isn’t a bucket with water to make it hotter like in other places.
!!! The wet sauna is full of mold and it’s unbreathable, and the floors are very sleepery. There are some people who go in the sauna with their dirty shoes from the outside, not hygienic at all.
The breakfast was ok, nothing more.It was cold even in the early morning, at 8 am. The bread seemed to be old, i dont think its fresh.
The coffee is terrible by the way.

The WORST and the most disappointing thing about this “deluxe” hotel and restaurant was the diner. We decided to have a nice and cozy diner in the evening at the restaurant. We went in and waited for like 5 minutes and no one came, we saw a lot of people bringing their own food from
the back of the lobby, and we thought that you should take it from there. We grabbed like 1 thing from there ( a piece of chicken ). WE WERE CHARGED 35 LEVA PER PERSON!!!!! Besides that, nothing was 35 leva in the menu!
No one has informed us about this price, not even at the reception or the waitress.
One of the biggest scams !

Don’t waste your time and money here, at the Cornelia “deluxe” residence…

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE!!! First of all…for the price I paid I’ve been accommodated in a very old room and I can say even not really clean. The robes were dirty with a brownish stains on it. The internet was coming and going, from room to room and floor to floor. The SPA…very old…very slippery everywhere you go….extremely dirty and not hygienic at all, with a smell of a mould. And the “cherry of the cake” to my stay was that, using the lift from the SPA back to my room, the lift start to falling down and then I stuck inside for like 20-30 mins ringing the alarm bell and banging on the doors…nobody was coming to help…some people spoke to the reception and they told them -‘We will go in a while’ …and nobody came!!! Thankfully somehow a passing through customer heard me and press the button, then somehow the lift started again and the doors opened, after being inside only with swimsuit and the robe(freezing) with no phone or anything else! I went to the reception to tell them about it…so they can put some sign that this lift doesn’t work and it’s dangerous to use…and they just said yes okay will do…and that was all nothing has been done! The next morning I woke up with a coldsore on my lips from all the dirtiness and stress I experienced! This is so NOT acceptable, very unprofessional staff !!! So, yeah I highly NOT recommend this hotel to anyone!
