We stayed for one night. The spa is amazing. Toilet could've being cleaner for a 4 star hotel. Food was delightful. Stuff was great. But for some reason guests don't wear masks... nevertheless great stay. Would recommend!
Lovely place. This is one of the best hotels in Bulgaria. Friendly and competent staff, tasty food, spacious rooms, great pool and spa area. Has everything you need. We were there to celebrate a birthday and they complimented us with a fruit basket and a bottle of champagne. We’ve been there at least five times and will definitely come back.
Very nice hotel in a calm place with a great view. The pools are heated so we can swim here even when it is cold, great spa, good food, there is also a room and playground for kids
Lovely stay here, incredible spa facilities, spacious rooms with comfortable bed, good food selection at dinner and breakfast. Would highly recommend!
Service on the reception and spa is perfect. In the restaurant could be better. The instructions for social distance is not followed by the guests. Interior could be better and more comfortable. It's too boring. Cleaning is at the very good level.

Amazing view of the Pirin mountain, large hot pool, nice spa. Rooms are comfy, food is nothing special. I would come back.
A big spa hotel with two big swimming pools - one for kids and one for grownups. Parking is an issue since the hotel gets very crowded easily. The food is so-so. If you are looking for a quiet weekend this is not your place. It's mostly suitable for families with small kids.

Very nice hotel between 3 mountains. The swimming pool with always hot mineral water in combination with delicious food, clean rooms and very friendly staff makes the hotel extremely suitable for summer or winter holiday. Only 5km from one of the biggest ski resort
Perfect for SPA relax and swimming. The hotel part is not something special. Swimming in their outdoor pool 40 degrees on - 10 degrees celsius outside is amazing
The hotel is working, the spa is open. The mineral water is fabulous, 40°C in the open pool.

One of our favourite spots to run away from the city. Cosy, swimming pool is great, staff is great and prices are good. I recommend!
It was really good, but the only thing was that the room missed a bit of useful things like hangers for our jacket which in the winter are big and there isn't much space for them
Nice, clean and quiet place with warm water outdoor pool. Food at the restaurant was great!
Great restaurant and quality rooms. Best value for money. Open shower in bathroom takes some getting used to but the heated mineral pool is a welcome relaxation.

Beat up place. Need renovation badly! Swimming pool with mineral water is fine.
It is a good facility with some cleaness issues..
8lv spa. Has sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and swimming pool. Great value for money after a day skiing on the mountain. Facilities are a little tired but the price more than makes up for it.
The rooms are warm but kind of old with dirty curtains and ceiling. They are clean, they just don’t look like they are being freshened up from time to time. It is cold outside of the rooms so it is not suitable for kids especially if you want to use the nice warm pool. Restaurant is also cold and waiters forget different things sometimes. You can see staff is trying their best but you still aren’t...
Good value for money choice. The water is hot and clean.
I was staying in one of the apartments. Its very spacious. The rooms for two is very small so i recommend paying a little more for a good room. Its in deserted place so you need a car to get around. This city center is 15 min away (with a car). Great place to stay to relax. The pool was amazing and clean.

Caring, involved hostess, warm mineral water pool, charming, picturesque village surroundings, just few minutes from Razlog (where Surva festival is held on Jan 1st) and the ski resort Bansko by car.
This hotel was very clean, the food was excellent, the service was good, and the staff had good behavior

A perfect place to stay for a relaxing weekend! Cozy room, really nice decorations, great breakfast and a cooling pool for the heat during the day. Definitely will come here again.
Friendly hosts. The restaurant on site is good but the service can be slow. Rooms can be a little cold in the winder (the heat is not enough). I am not convinced the water in the pool is mineral water. Credit cards accepted. Parking is on the street.
The house looks really good, but the total experience can be assessed highly. The services are not corresponding with the price. Half of the rooms are warm, half are cold (we have booked several rooms), if you split the beds you can see the dust beneath them. The food is good but more expensive compared to similar places in the village. The arrangements we had wasn't entirely kept as of miscommunication...
