A big spa hotel with two big swimming pools - one for kids and one for grownups. Parking is an issue since the hotel gets very crowded easily. The food is so-so. If you are looking for a quiet weekend this is not your place. It's mostly suitable for families with small kids.

Caring, involved hostess, warm mineral water pool, charming, picturesque village surroundings, just few minutes from Razlog (where Surva festival is held on Jan 1st) and the ski resort Bansko by car.

A perfect place to stay for a relaxing weekend! Cozy room, really nice decorations, great breakfast and a cooling pool for the heat during the day. Definitely will come here again.

Friendly hosts. The restaurant on site is good but the service can be slow. Rooms can be a little cold in the winder (the heat is not enough). I am not convinced the water in the pool is mineral water. Credit cards accepted. Parking is on the street.

The house looks really good, but the total experience can be assessed highly. The services are not corresponding with the price. Half of the rooms are warm, half are cold (we have booked several rooms), if you split the beds you can see the dust beneath them. The food is good but more expensive compared to similar places in the village. The arrangements we had wasn't entirely kept as of miscommunication...

The hot therme pools are well worth a visit it was about 10 lv per person entry, It all seemed very relaxed and informal. We went twice during our week staying in Bansko (it's about £10 in a taxi each way for the 6 of us). There are 3 pool heats (a very hot pool, medium nice warm bath heat and a luke warm one), all have a tough stone finish so feel more natural than a blue tiled 'hotel' type swimming...

Real hot spring and affordable price. Good value but not for everyone. If you can’t stand the strong sulfur smell(rotten eggs smell), then this is not the place for you. Changing rooms are really small and basic. Recommend bringing your own rope/ towel and flip flops. Multiple pools with variable temperatures. They don’t have anything cool/ cold (below 30C).

Pools are nice, with three different temperatures water, from warm to very hot, but unfortunately no cold water pool, showers are bad, changing rooms are poor.

By and large, a good experience. The food is amazing, organic fruit and veg, grown at the hotel’s own garden, superb quality and taste. An issue with our dinner on day 1 (a small stone in the salad!) resulted in profuse apology from the restaurant manager and a complimentary lunch on day 2 - we were happy with this response. The hot spring swimming water is comfortable and the sauna facilities are complete. The room rate includes an extremely high-quality dinner, which can quickly replenish energy for guests who have soaked in the hot springs. The hotel has a beautiful view of the snow-capped tops of the Pirin Mountains, which is very beautiful!

Well we went away to relax and recharge. The spa water was great until someone I assume a child went to the toilet and it had to be closed for a clean up. Only a short period. The medical staff are very good. Me and my partner came down with a virus and they sorted us out. So that was great. However I think that the front of desk could do with charm lessons, as on a good day they were only a bit moody...

Great SPA hotel and yet a few changes since the last time I visited can now be perceived. Food quality seems to have somewhat deteriorated, and service used to be better; however, what has led me to write a comment is a concern about kids' safety. Owner Max and son miniMax + some staff are great hosts. Building is a decade+ old and still charming in its way. Exsterior looks great compared to other bulidings located in this city of Banya (5km from Bansko). Interior and the rooms is ok but no fancy details here. Pools are great with hot spring waters. Saunas could have been bigger but was not crowded during out visit. Beers in BG are cheap around...

Really nice place in the heart of the Bulgarian mountains! The spa and mineral swimming pools are very clean and extremely nice for relaxing vacation with family. Suitable for families with little kids. Excellent service, always keen to help you!

The rooms are warm but kind of old with dirty curtains and ceiling. They are clean, they just don’t look like they are being freshened up from time to time. It is cold outside of the rooms so it is not suitable for kids especially if you want to use the nice warm pool. Restaurant is also cold and waiters forget different things sometimes. You can see staff is trying their best but you still aren’t...

I was staying in one of the apartments. Its very spacious. The rooms for two is very small so i recommend paying a little more for a good room. Its in deserted place so you need a car to get around. This city center is 15 min away (with a car). Great place to stay to relax. The pool was amazing and clean.

Very nice hotel between 3 mountains. The swimming pool with always hot mineral water in combination with delicious food, clean rooms and very friendly staff makes the hotel extremely suitable for summer or winter holiday. Only 5km from one of the biggest ski resort

We were very happy with this accommodation, great value for price. It was with breakfast included, good food, decent food and it was served at 8 30 but due to gondola ques we wanted it earlier so the brothers served us at 7 30, great from them. Great plac3 ( **** )deserved. Just bulgarian food is not that good. Rooms are great. Wi-fi is working in the rooms but if not, you can ask them to reset the routers and youll be fine. Its far from ski center but you have bus at morning on every hour or less from the hotel.

Nice hotel with average cusine. If it's booked via those sites which offered high discounts, pay attention. Interior is quite old, it has jacuzzi in the pool itself and it's significantly small. The food was average. There were not many things to select. Outside areas of the restaurant are quite insufficient. Definitely it needs renovations.

Excellent service overall. We had a nice stay at this hotel. Swimming poll has a very comfortable temperature, parking places are right in front of hotel or in the close proximity. Breakfast was excellent and they had lovely Easter decorations everywhere! The view from the room was breathtaking.

Suitable for couples and families, games rooms for all ages, large spa with heated pools, parking and courteous staff. Fantastic stay so far. Staff couldn't be more helpful. Bus to lifts very handy, but note they leave from the carpark to the left of the gondola exit, not the main bus bit. Kids club fab. Eaten in both restaurants so far and both are great.

Great place for the many 👌 have nice personal, nice food and good spa center. I recommended for everyone, they have a shuttle every day to the ski center. The ski center is located 2km from the hotel.

A nice comfortable, affordable hotel which has been ideal for a Ski trip with my son. The breakfast is buffet style and serves early to get an early start for skiing. We then used the free shuttle bus they supply to the gondola station in town. It's about 25 mins walk back through the lovely old town in the evenings, or a reasonably priced taxi. Clean small hotel. Rooms are equipped with small fridge. Fine restaurant. Be aware that apartments are on the top floor and there's no lift, so you have to climb your luggage on the stairs. Very nice hotel with lovely atmosphere and super kind stuff! The food is ok, the outdoor space - very well organized and maintained. The hotel is super comfortable for group workouts. We got there on a motorbike and had the option to keep it inside the yard for batter safety. The stuff was very understanding and helpful!

Great family-oriented hotel that always accommodates my groups and provides excellent service. Only complaint I've ever had is the lack of shower curtains in the bathrooms but this is normal for Bulgarian hotels. Clean, tidy rooms and ample breakfast.

Not realy a 4star hotel. Rooms are very small, with small closet which can never fit your and your family's skiing gear (jackets, pants...) breakfast is good, so is dinner. Spa is decent.

The hotel in general is high value for a very affordable price: nice SPA centre, with the best Hamman I know so far, good airco, 24 hours reception, variated and complete breakfast, free parking space nearby. Good location away from the big noise and yet close to the centre (walking distance). Very helpful and friendly staff, they all speak well English.

We only stayed there for one night with our children(15 yo and 10 yo). The room was spacious. They each slept in an armchair bed and I can say the king bed was really big. I give 4 stars because at the bathroom the bathroom faucet was a little bit broken and the furniture seems outdated. In the morning the breakfast was okish...except the coffee. It was just like the ones you take from those tired...
