We really like this out of the way, hidden gem. It’s not the fancy new spa like the ones popping up all around the area. This is classic Bulgaria! The water is hot, the facilities are clean… what more do you want?
The restaurant is quite good! We had yr pork sash and it was REALLY tasty!
We use it for the camping area, which is basic, but you get the spa included for the price!

The rooms in the hotel were fine. The apartment was good size and was very warm with floor heating.
The food was not good over Christmas. The management was not the best. The staff of the restaurant was not engaged and served cold food. There was distasteful music that even though the management promised it will be rectified and other music would be put on the next days, it did not happen.
The pool facility is alright, the pool is very big and very warm. The sauna was a bit cold overall.
The food and the music over the Christmas holidays were very disappointing. The pool facility and the apartment was alright.

8lv spa. Has sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and swimming pool. Great value for money after a day skiing on the mountain. Facilities are a little tired but the price more than makes up for it.

The rooms are warm but kind of old with dirty curtains and ceiling. They are clean, they just don’t look like they are being freshened up from time to time. It is cold outside of the rooms so it is not suitable for kids especially if you want to use the nice warm pool. Restaurant is also cold and waiters forget different things sometimes. You can see staff is trying their best but you still aren’t sure if there is somebody who is pushing them to be better. Bed is with strings and just isn’t comfy. Nice view and food. From all you can see you just understand that the owner of the hotel does not look out for the newest trends and quality services like most of the hotels do.

I was staying in one of the apartments. Its very spacious. The rooms for two is very small so i recommend paying a little more for a good room. Its in deserted place so you need a car to get around. This city center is 15 min away (with a car). Great place to stay to relax. The pool was amazing and clean.

It was dirty, and the service isn't the best, but the scenery was outstanding. Still not that worth it.
